Bought a car from their used lot -- 2011 GMC Terrain. When I test drove the car I noticed it had trouble starting, which they said was only because the car sits and doesnt get driven everyday. I also noticed the service power steering light was on which they said wasnt a big deal as long as it goes off eventually. Six days after buying the car the check engine light came on. While everything was covered under the 3 month / 3,000 mile warranty it seemed more than coincidental that the car would need a new catalytic converter, all new spark plugs and a new battery within 6 days of purchase. The power steering light was on because the batter was too weak to service the power steering until the alternator took over making it possible to loose power steering when you first start driving. I got a call from my Grandfather today asking if I could following him to the mechanic to get his new (used Mini-Van) fixed. He just bought it at battlefield Kia -- 5 days ago.

I had a very nice experience at this dealership, and ultimately chose to purchase my car with them. They gave me a great deal, and they didnt try to tack on any hidden fees. Several other Kia dealerships I visited tried to force me to pay $300 for racing stripe stickers and other pricey add-ons. These guys didnt. Battlefield Kia negotiated a great price with me over the phone and honored it when I arrived in person. They definitely cared about customer satisfaction-- the car came with a full tank of gas and the manager even gave me two cupcakes from his personal stash :) The salesperson that helped me, Kim, was very knowledgeable and she familiarized me with the entire manual for the car. Definitely worth the trip.

First experience with a Kia & this dealership. While initially considering the Toyota & Nissan & after much research decided to go with a 17 Sportage. Salesperson Travis knew his product and was very accommodating and helpful; worked with him exclusively. I traded in my truck and was very satisfied with their offer. Really wasnt much negotiations; got the car and price and options i wanted. Fit & finish of this model was superb. Brenda was a breeze with the paperwork. Drove the car home in 3 days. Sorry to read the few negative reviews below. Its amazing to read the experiences some of us have had and i can only hope this car meets my expectations and the reviews it has received in various car publications.

I have brought two new Kia from this dealership. Both times the salesman made our visit fun and never was pressure into buying. Didnt know a question, they would check with others to give you the correct knowledge. As far was maintenance, they have anyways did a professional work and stood by their agreement which was made when I had brought my new car. Nothing is always perfect, but this dealership will try to make any problem corrected. This has been my experience so far. Would I buy another new car from this dealership. Yes I would. I have so far enjoyed the Kia very much and experience no problems even after two years now on my 2015 Rio SX.

Worst dealership ever, buyers be warned! Never do business with them, especially the service department. No customer service and a lot of double talk. Its funny how every time I take my car to them for state inspections my car needs something and I get one story my husband gets another. Oh and the Amazing 10 year 100,000 mile warranty, yep had to fit wight hem to cover replacing my engine. No reason why a 7 year old car with under 70,000 miles should have a third cylinder drop out for no reason when the car was taken care of. Long story shot three months and three engines later we got our car back.

The Sales Person was not pushy when I was looking for a new vehicle. He provided me with options for vehicles that matched my needs, and quickly got the keys and paper work drawn up for me to test drive vehicles. The used car I purchased wound up needing minute work done to it after being inspected, and they took care of this at no additional charge to me. The only issue I have is that they are not good at getting in touch with you when work is done. You have to follow-up with them to see if it has been finished.

The sales team at Battlefield Kia was awesome, my sales person, Tim, was very diligent on getting me a great price on my new Sportage, and getting me a good trade in value on my old Jeep. All said and done he was able to sell the managers car out from under him and i got a great price with financing I could afford. i would also like to mention that finance had prepped all the paperwork and had us in and out in a flash.

on Saturday went to go try to trade in my car in the guy pulled my credit without telling me even though I was in the 700 he told me I was not good enough to buy a car. Even though I already had a pre-approval at Hanover Hyundai he did not believe me. I left there went to Hanover Toyota and bought a car no problem I think they should try a little harder

Dont buy a Kia. The service department is only there on Monday thru Friday 8 - 5. They don t even have Saturday morning appointments. You have to have an appointment to get your car worked on. This isnt good if you work during the week from 8 - 5.
