This review is 10 years in the making Im slightly ashamed to say, well I guess they say timing is everything LOL! I was invited to speak at a two day conference so in my mind its way too early for this and Im certain I havent had quite enough caffeine as of yet ,the vice President asks me a question I was not prepared for!?! Thing is he asked me who had given me outstanding Service? So I take a drink of coffee and as my mind starts to spin (I deal with hundreds of people on the weekly basis)this is a no-brainer Desmond Drummond I go on to explain that I have been with Desmond for 10 years I have since moved two states away and I recently had a problem with my one of my vehicles.not only did he follow up with me several times a week he also made phone calls that I couldnt make because I was at work he spoke to the service writer spoke to ford, Made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed got me into a rental and recited the Ford motor warranty word for word to the service manager at another dealership.called me on his day off to apologize for the situation I was going through and reassured me that he would see me through this, let me know I was not a bother and it was important to him that the matter was resolved. Ive considered Desmond to be part of my family for years now (I got a promotion Im going to see Desmond, its my birthday im going to see Desmond, I got a huge commission im going to see Desmond.) I have purchased a Ford or two every two years since I was 18 years old it was bound to happen at some point one was going to have to give me a problem I have to be completely honest when I say I never wanted to buy another one you see the problem with my vehicle went on from November of last year till March of this year when it was finally resolved.Because he went above and beyond to take care of me in my time of need not Just when Im purchasing a vehicle my loyalty to Desmond is everlasting. So in closing my vice President and owners stand up and applaud Desmond! Then posed the question why arent we treating our clients like this? So if youre looking for a brand-new vehicle or a pre-loved one dont hesitate to see Desmond is the absolute best

A down-to-earth experience with genuine people. Some may be skeptical about reviews, but I will honestly say that this dealership is unlike any I have dealt with in the past. I saw a used car ad on autotrader, and drove up to Centurys lot to check it out. I was casually approached, and never felt like I was being hunted down for a sale. The car was priced well, and the staff was easy to cooperate with. They were honest about the cars faults, and brought out their mechanic to answer mechanical questions about I had about the vehicle, as well as a discussion about a noise the car was making. The mechanic was able to describe the issue thoroughly, and I verified with online forums dedicated to the car that he was very educated on the specific noise/issue. I dealt with Steve in the used car department, who was extremely nice, genuine, and easy to work with. I never felt hassled or pressured, and never had a feeling of uneasiness when discussing pricing, etc. I also spoke with Logan, who was not only enthusiastic and informed about the car I was looking at (a Honda), but offered an honest and laid back attitude that left me feeling that I was dealing with every day people instead of just a salesman. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience here. It was surprisingly pleasant and left me feeling confident that I was leaving with a great car at the right price with no dark secrets. They advertised a price of $19271 for a truck. We got pre-approved. Communicated with sales lady and sent her this email.. "Hi Karen, I want to know if the 0% financing at the Gotta Go price listed on this page.. [link to truck] And if convertible car seats fit in the back seat. We have a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old that we have to bring with us so I dont want to come in and waste everyones time if its not feasible for us." She responded with great, set up appt (price was still $19271 when I sent the link and even hours later. Got there - only customers there - she handed us over to someone else who had us test drive the car. Sat down - he had a price listed over $4k higher than internet price. I asked was that was. He said "internet price". Acted surprised when I showed him screen shot of $19271 price then quickly explained that price was wrong since it fleet pricing (so its safe to assume Karen filled him in on the situation). So we left. My issue isnt that they had the wrong pricing. Its that they didnt tell us when they discovered it and instead she handed us off to someone who tried to act like he was clueless when he wasnt. We were approved and ready to buy, if they were honest we may still have entertained it, but didnt want to give them our business when they showed us how they handle their customers. Bought a truck elsewhere later that week.

I walked in to Century Ford with an ideal car in mind. I was greeted by four different people to see what my needs were. I was directed to Joe, who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. This was my first experience buying a car and the people at Century Ford were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions regarding the process of purchasing a vehicle and were willing to go the extra mile to accommodate me during this process. I was able to walk out the next day with my new Jeep. The manager, Andy, was polite and gave valuable information about the car and the purchasing process. This being my first experience buying a new car, I felt that Andy was looking out for my best interest when providing options and suggestions. I enjoyed the interactions I had with multiple employees at Century Ford. Once we had finished the paperwork, there were four different people to accompany me to my car as well as explain the features within the car. I was highly satisfied leaving Century Ford in Mt. Airy. I had a wonderful experience with purchasing my first car. The whole atmosphere was inviting and everyone is willing to help!

My experience with Century Ram was nothing less than a very professional experience. My initial salesman was Joey, he went out of his way to get the ball rolling on finding the truck I wanted, he put me in contact with Nate the finance manager to go further with getting me prepared for how much each option I wanted and how it would suit my needs I discribed. I was considering going with another dealership because they had a truck similar to what I wanted but not 100% what I wanted, Nate called me and told me that he found a truck for me and that it had everything I discribed and then some, after Nate talked to Gregg the GM he told me he could have the truck on the lot later that day and out the door for less than everyone within a 50 mile radius of my house. After everything was said and done because of the no bull, honest approach Century took towards me and my needs, I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle, professional across the board
