A few weeks ago I was in dire need of new sneakers. There was only one sales clerk on the floor at the time and she was amazing! I hate buying shoes but she made the whole experience wonderful and never made me feel like I was a bother. She measured my foot and pulled several different brands she thought would be great for me. She was patient and kind while I tried them on and even though there were other customers in the store she was also assisting, she never made me feel less important. I have to say I love the shoes I picked and will continue to shop here because of the wonderful customer service I received.

If I could give a negative scoring I would. Associates their are not knowledgeable even in normal tasks. I was charged twice for a purchase and when I call to dispute it they say they only show one and cant do anything about it and that its my banks problem. So if you want to be changed double for what you want, shop here.

Un knowledgable store associates. I will NEVER ever go there again. Foot locker is where its at!!!!!! I cant believe how poorly I was treated at this store, I have never ha a more poor experience shopping in my whole life!
