I had an issue that couldnt be resolved at the store level. Conversation with the manager on duty became mired in should haves and deflective corporate lingo. After resorting to social media to find the appropriate channel that can help me, District Manager Monique reached out to me to get the shoes returned. What was wrong with the shoes? They were rubbing my ankles raw, causing them to bleed. Its a very uncommon situation. Being diabetic, this only exposes me to risk of infection through sores. Thanks to Monique, I will be able to return the harmful shoes. May have to stick with what I have (bought here1 year ago) until the seasons change and the selection updates.

I had a great experience shopping here today, the staff was friendly and helpful and I found 2 great pairs of dress shoes for less than $100 total. Then do have a large selection with plenty of sizes and even wide shoes. Even the other customers were pleasant and friendly. I will shop here again

It is what it is. Cheap shoes that are last years models. Pretty good if you have normal sized feet, Im a 13 so it can be a little tough. They dont have kids shoes and the mens selection is just OK. Tons of stuff for ladies though.

Apparently, their return policy is that a shoe is unreturnable if its ever been on your foot! Tried to return sandals less than 24hrs after purchasing. Never spending money here again.

I spent an hour searching for wide size shoes to no avail. There was practically NOTHING for a customer like me in a wide size.
