Im often a Zappos shopper, but Im trying to support more local businesses, so I stopped in at this place the other day. I liked the service and knowledge of the people there. I forgot who it was who helped me, but she stayed attentive to my needs while artfully managing several other customers at once, and was able to suggest alternatives when the ones I liked didnt work out. In the end, I didnt buy from them because the only shoes I really fell in love with werent available in that size. Apparently, they can single order some shoes, but have to order other ones in bulk at certain times of the year. So, she suggested another store I could purchase them at, and offered to call me when a different pair I liked came in in the color I wanted. Overall, it was a great experience. While Im not a shoe expert, they had a bunch of brands that Ive heard are excellent quality.

Contrary to the reviews below, I have had wonderful service every time I have been in the store. I usually buy Noats. I use to buy them at Nordstroms (same price), but The Shoe Mill has many, many more choices than Nordstroms or the Walking Store. The sales people multi-task very well and can wait on several people at once without making you feel like you are just sitting and waiting. It is always very busy when I am in the store which tells me people are happy to be shopping there. I will purchase all the shoes I wear often at The Shoe Mill.

Shannon was very knowledgeable and helped me find an awesome new pair of Ecco sandals on a suggestion. Large selection of summer foot wear and others. Right on Mill for easy walk up access to A.S.U. students. Wasnt a single employee not wearing something you can buy right at the store! Very good shopping experience.

Change your website! I drove all the way down there because the website says you are open til 9 PM.! We got there at 7:10, very frustrating.
