Not helpful. I had a coupon that expired the day before (I didnt realize it of course) and I needed to buy a quick pair of shoes. It took forever to figure out the coupon and come to find out the cashier wont accept it. He wouldnt work with me at all. I asked if he could honor the coupon since they are always emailing me stuff and I was just a day late and he was super rude and refused. This has happened before with a friend and they accepted the coupon anyways. You have lost a customer for life because of your poor customer service!

Civilization has taught us that footwear is as important for progress as pockets. Famous Footwear, so named because it carries famous brands such as Nike, Adidas, Converse and more, has a wide selection of brands, sizes and styles, equally distributed between men and women. I always find the store to be low pressure with help when you need it and they leave you alone when you dont want help. Its a prefect balance. One last tip — bring your own socks to try on shoes.

I love famous footwear but I dont like the person who worked there on the 18th at 8oclk bc she was really mean bc she kicked us out of the store bc my gf said a curse word on accident. I could understand if there was some people in the store and she cursed more than once but there was nobody in the store wow u need better employees famous footwear. But I still love the store
