I went in simply to buy a certain pair of shoes. Instead I dealt with Nate, an extremely aggressive salesman who is also a manager of the store. He argued with me as an attempt to get me to buy a protective spray for my new shoes. Even after I refused three times, he said, "So that means you want your shoes to get dirty, bro?" "Why do you not want to buy the spray?" I refused again for the fourth time and left the store after paying for the shoes. I went back within 20 minutes to return the shoes I had bought, because I refuse to be bullied into buying something I do not want. I strongly recommend that people do not go to Journeys.

Went there to buy some shoes for school. There were several employees in the store just standing around and doing nothing. Finally I asked someone to help me and they took 15 minutes to go look and said they did not carry my size in the shoes I asked for. I asked if I could order the shoes and she said she did not know if that was an option. Instead she tried to sell me a completely different type of shoes. I said I was not interested and she still insisted. Finally I had to tell her to take the shoes back. None of the employees seemed happy to be there. Will never come back!!!

they never have a single shoe in my size in stock. i can go through a dozen shoes, none of which do they have in store. so instead they try to sell me shoes i dont like or say i can order it online which you cant try on first, takes a month, and costs more.
