This is the ABSOLUTE worst store experience Ive ever had. I bought a pair of DC shoes for my husband. Right away before he wore them they hurt his foot. So i put them back in the box. He didnt wear them at all out of the house. I took the shoes back original box receipt and in the same condition I purchased them in. I was treated like garbage by Christina Perez. The supervisor in charge of deciding if my return was going to be processed. I would of taken store credit we are loyal customers. I have a rewards card I use frequently plus WSS was where we purchased our wedding shoes my husband and myself. I am disgusted Christina Perez should be fired for her disrespectful actions. Her rude condescending tone and for yanking a shoe from my hand and calling me a liar. I wish I could post a photo of the condition of the shoes 6 customers and an employee all agreed they look like they were just purchased. I want my money back and I will never step foot in that WSS location as long as that employee still works there. This place should take care in how they treat good paying customers. We were that to them.

Worst customer service, they expect you to match the numbers on the shoe and price tag to make sure you know the right price. We found some shoes that were 59.99 and they wanted to get mad at us because about 25 pairs of shoes were in the wrong spot with the price tag that said 59.99. They told us we should read the tag to make sure the numbers match and wanted to get a attitude with us and not honor the price. Sayin its our Fault they wouldnt call the managers for us. This shoes store is ridiculous and corporate will be called and Ill NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE!! Dont waste your time or money with this store.

Ive been here a few times now and Im glad they decided to build in this location because it is very convenient for me. They have a pretty good selection of shoes and the prices are very competitive especially if youre a fan of VANS or Chucks. I took my daughter in today and she tried on several pairs of Nikes before making her selection. We were never harassed in any way. We were greeted coming in and going out, with a friendly smile and left to do our shopping. They will get much more of my business.

They are horrible!! I bought a pair of shoes wore them for ten minute. They didnt fit and went to return them with no dirt on them still looked new and smelled new. She said they are too worn really how is that there arent even that used for ten minutes around my house no dirt on them at all really!! They are the worst place to go and bs.

They have a pretty decent selection for every price range for kids & adults. I buy my sons back to school shoes every year here since they opened. The line to can get a little long & there seems to be a shortage of available employees when you need help but other than that Im happy with them :)

Never will i ever recommend spending your money here! They think everyone is a thief and do not let you bring in your purse!? Not only that but they check the shoes youre wearing i mean really!? I do not want a random man looking through my purss! You should not waist your time or money here

They wouldnt exchange my babys shoes, no refunds or exchanges on RETROS. She didnt even wear them just tried them on and she wasnt walking at the time. Also their prices are to high for outdated old styles...
