The best, weirdest work shoe/boot retailer I have ever been to. First, let me tell you why its the weirdest. I have never gone into a shoe/boot store and been waited on like this before. I was greeted like we have been friends for years, asked what I was looking for, showed me what would work. Then, had me take my shoes off and measured both feet. (never have had that done, ever) I picked a boot out and the employee went and got the boot and got it all laced up and ready to put on me. Yeah, he was putting it on me and lacing and getting it to fit correctly. I didnt touch the boot at all, He did all the work. That was the first time I have experienced that also. I liked the boot but he told me it was such overkill for my job and I respect that he steered me towards another pair. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and I keep telling people about my experience and how they need to go and support them and its the only place I will go and buy work boots. Top notch customer service, stand behind the product, life time upkeep of my boots (oil, minor repair and laces!) I highly recommend them for your next work shoe/boot related purchase.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Prices vary on type and model of work shoe you are look for. There are a vast variety of work shoes from sneaker work shoes to work boots. This place will have what you are looking for but be prepared to pay a decent price for quality work shoes. I will be a returning customer and I recommend this place. It has been two months since I have been here. I decided to go in and get the complementary wax and shine. Now this purchase is worth the investment! Photos are of them after the complementary wax and shine. Well done!

These guys knocked it out of the park. I was looking for new work boots for myself so I stopped by. They were really busy but had no trouble taking care of everyone. I decided to look around because I couldnt decide but I noticed they had a pretty big selection for women, which is hard to find in Utah. Went back today and got boots for my wife and myself. Once again they were very helpful and patient. The prices beat a nearby store, too. All around great experience. Highly recommended.

These guys take good care of their customers. I always buy my boots from them because I love how they give a lifetime of repairs, boot toe guard tuff toe, and free leather care and waterproofing. You can find lower prices online but the extra service and expertise from Work Shoe HQ is work a lot more than a few bucks to me. They are a small local retail store which are dying out in America so I hope everyone in Weber that needs quality boots will support these guys.

This place is the absolute best shoe/boot buying experience you will ever encounter. The personal service is incredible. Once you have selected your footwear, it is custom fit to your feet and and they even tie the laces for you. They offer multiple brands and they will treat the shoes for as long as you own them. I honestly feel that they have given me the best shoe buying experiences of my life and would highly recommend bringing your business here.

The customer service here is bar none the best I have ever experienced. Kirk demonstrated an exceptional knowledge of all of the boots and was extremely friendly and genuine. This is honestly the best customer service I have ever seen I felt so happy and felt like Kirk genuinely cared about helping me find the right size and shoe for the task at hand. First of all, Ive had my Redwing boots for 6+ years, and only recently the soles started to separate at the toe. I took them into the redwing store in Ogden, and Clayton took excellent care of it! Got them done quickly, they look great, and I couldnt be happier. Next time you need boots, go to Redwing.
