I ordered a 9 and 1/2 pair of mens black shoes. They arrived in a few days with a handwritten sticker saying "9.5" on both shoes. Underneath the stickers the real shoe size had been marked out with a black marker on both shoes. I could not even get them on. So I called customer service who sent me an e-mail with a return form. As instructed I went to the ALDO store a Fashion Square to return them. They refused to accept them saying the form was the wrong form. Dont order from these people of you may get shoes with stickers that are the wrong size and a store that wont take them back.

This is the place I get my dress shoes from. A little pricey, but the quality is worth it. Good customer service, the worker stays with you from the beginning to the end and making sure everything fits right.

Only person in the store with two associates both on their phones on opposite ends of the counter. Was in the store for a solid 5 minutes. Wasnt acknowledged on the way out either.
