I usually dont write reviews but this time Im really pissed off (and Im usually very easy going especially when it comes to the services industry). I bought two pairs of shoes, and was only sent one despite all the online confirmations, billing, and even the receipt within the delivery stated there should be two pairs. However only one pair was sent, and no explanation was offered (I paid for two pairs, plus $13 delivery for one pair, and $1 for the second pair because of their deal on delivery). It wasnt until I actually contacted the customers service after a few days (just in case the delivery was mixed up), and provided my order shoe type that they informed me that it was out of stock. Without prior notification, just had to wait to be asked by the customer. Fine. Except they only refunded the cost and $1 for delivery of the shoes, without offering to resend another style. Bottom line, I wouldnt even have cared that much if they have emailed me before or just after they shipped the goods to tell me its out of stock. The point here being I did not even know of their blunder until I INITIATED CONTACT. If I had been less vigilant and assumed it was still in the mail they wouldve happily taken my money without ever refunding. I would not have been so annoyed if they have refunded half the delivery (i.e. $7 since after all, if I were to buy another style on its own its $13 delivery all over again), or offered to send another pair in another style, or just having a less indignant response. I simply dont think I can trust a company that functions like this. Its a shame. The pair of shoes I did receive I actually liked, but out of principle, never again.

So, I purchased from this company before with no issues except one pair of my shoes did break after only wearing them once. I just purchased an order the beginning of this month and I was noticing that tracking was not changing and I contacted the company. They told me that my package was stolen and it would take them 8-10 days to process my claim, I was very confused but I requested my money back which they told me I could not get until the claim processes! I needed these shoes for a trip that I am going on in 6 days I am so disappointed that the company didnt try to take some type of responsibility because this issue had nothing to do with me, I will not be ordering from here ever again!

As a first time customer, I have to say that I have never been to a shoe store where an employee makes a big freaking deal over a 1yr old baby holding a damn display shoe. My mother in law and I were trying on some shoes, and I had my Lil girl on her stroller then suddenly a lady walks up and says;"No, take that away from her" and I asked her; "what is she doing wrong?, shes just holding the shoe lady." And she walked away giving back a rude response.. Immediately I felt that they didnt deserve me as a customer and my money, in fact there were other kids there running around messing around with the shoe boxes and the lady wasnt rude about that its just stupid

Nice selection of shoes; HOWEVER, I spent hundreds of dollars with them over many months but when I received defective shoes black thick marks that wouldnt come off (I understand some markings but this was ridiculous) broken rhinestones deep scratches in the faux gold plated heels . The vey FIRST time I returned shoes EVER eight pair she called and said we should "part ways" and maybe I should shop at "Nordstrom" and only ever reimbursed me for FOUR of the EIGHT plus it cost me $60 to return them. RUDE RUDE RUDE and the most unprofessional woman I ever had talked to in my life. Telling me shoes are inspected is a lie

Do you love shoes?! High heels low heels boots wedges sandals athletic flip flops flats stilettos platforms stripper shoes every style color and material you could think of. Purses jewelry backpacks socks leg warmers hair accessories did I miss anything! If you want crazy selection of inexpensive unique shoes this is your store. Ceiling to floor across a huge facility if you go have some time cause theres a lot to see. The shoes may not last a long time but they are cheap and they are the newest style. No returns so be sure to try them on. Fun shop well worth going to check it out.

This place has some really cute sandals for the summer, I go check out Flats and sandals occasionally. The only problem is the crazy inconsistencies in the shoe sizes which takes up time because you have to try on everything. There are a lot of stripper shoes here and there are a lot of strippers cruising around singing stupid songs that they play over the stupid speakers. Which is really annoying to the shopping experience. Also I have had really good shoes from there and then really bad shoes from there as well so buyer beware.

Avoid! Cluttered, disorganized. Aisles will not even fit a 24" wide stroller. Average wheelchair is 28" wide. Owner was informed about the narrow pathways and the handicap implications, and she told me Id just have to "pick my baby up" if I wanted to shop there, and that they were inspected when they opened for handicapped accessibility, so basically she didnt care. Im sure the attorney general will care, and Im sure theyll suffer monetarily in a BIG way for with fines if they dont remedy the situation.

Huge variety! Sometimes the merchandise can be limited, but what else do u expect from a very busy store? I have been shopping here for heels for a very long time! Some of my favorite shoes have been purchased from here. Theres always something for every style!
