A few months ago, I walked into the walking Company with much hesitation that we would find what what we were looking for. I had with me, my 9 year old daughter who was recovering from a brain tumor removal and stroke, and my grandparents. My daughter needed a good pair of shoes that would not only be the correct size but also fit a brace that she would now have to wear long term. Julieanne was the most patient person, helping us try on various types and sizes of shoes. She helped us find just the right pair. My daughter was in heaven we found the perfect pair of shoes that fit both feet nicely even with the brace. Julianne also help provide arch support for the foot that was not in a brace. My daughter left there one happy girl! And my grandparents and I are forever grateful for the kindness that was shown to us that day! My daughter is still wearing the shoes and they are holding up so well! I will be going back for sure when we need a new pair (even though we were from another state).

Emily incredibly rude! Was impatient with me at the foot measuring machine for orthotics. When I handed her my three shoe options, she tossed them to the side before going back to get my size. She seemed bored and hates her job. I had to find work shoes. This type of store seems to be what I have to go to. So I stayed. Think I will be happy with the shoes since I just spent nearly an hour at Sketchers to find nothing. Couldnt wait for an online store. But service sucked here!!! Considering I dropped nearly $200 for shoes!! I was in the store maybe 20 minutes start to finish.
