We got a flat on our Grand Caravan. Was a holiday (New Years Day) and so had to take it to the closest available dealership. That happened to be this dealership. My wife took the van there. Was told that because we had two different sets of tires that we would have to replace all four tires. The sales person (Jeff) told my wife that if she didnt, it would harm the "transaxle." So, fearing that would be the case, we shelled out around $750 for 4 new tires. Next day, I contacted 4 other Dodge Dealerships and 2 other tire stores that told me that was incorrect information and that the transaxle would be harmed ONLY if it was a 4-wheel drive. Was told this unanimously by all 6 companies. Of course our Dodge Caravan is not a 4-wheel drive. I also learned that the Dodge Dealership we took the van too sold us 4 sub-par tires (Yokohama Avid S33....check out the reviews for these tires...terrible!). I then called this Dodge Dealership and instead of them owing up to their deceptiveness, they made all sorts of excuses and were very defensive. Never again will I take my automobiles to a company who is deceptive and doesnt take responsibility for their deceptiveness. Probably the most disheartening thing about this entire situation, is that our van has been converted into a handicapped van to transport our wheelchair bound handicapped daughter. These people knew this. They knew our van was for a handicapped family member. And, not only did they take advantage of us financially, but they sold us 4 tires that are rated lowest in their class for the trouble they have had in the snow and hydroplaning. Its made worse knowing the safety of our handicapped daughter is compromised due to these people seeing an opportunity to take advantage of a woman who was in need, on a holiday, of getting a flat fixed. Its almost unbelievable that companies and individuals like this exist.

Please hed my warning from my experience. These guys where the biggest liars I have ever dealt with. Im from idaho so when I contacted them I was originally looking for info on a truck. The price was set right at 23,500 and the salesman could tell I was interested. He offered to pay me 5hrs of my hourly wage if I came down to look at the truck even if I didnt buy it. Now mind you this is a 3.5hr drive for me but I figured why not. When I arrived I was told someone else was looking at it and very interested so I had to wait. About 30min latter I was allowed to look at the truck. Truck was OK supposedly had not been in the cleaners yet even though they had it for 2 weeks. When we sat down to run numbers the truck had miraculously jumped in price $4,000 to $27,500. The salesman could not explain why the price had jumped and that he thought that was the price the whole time despite us agreeing on a trade in value and price for the truck over the phone. Sensing I wasnt happy he grabbed the "closer" who was a loud pampas Jerk who tried telling me $2,000 where for rims and tires even though they where stock tires and another $2,000 was for miscellaneous work done to the truck from the time I drove down and got there. After some time time of them running back and forth with no real solution I decided to leave because I would not buy from a liar. The cherry on top of the whole this was I asked for the 5hrs of pay and they said the money gals where gone for the day and they would mail me the money 4 weeks latter no money. Run as fast as you can from this small town thieves den and whatever you do dont fall for there money tricks.

My wife spoke with Sam Wright over the phone in reference to a 2014 Jeep. She explained our budget and he explained that he would get it as close to our budget as he could. Well it was a waste of 2 1/2 hours. First he tries to get us to enter all of our financial information and appeared annoyed when he was told we were pre-approved through our financial institution. Then there was more games like brining in another guy to "meet us". Then he tells the other guy that in my occupation we make a lot of money but only want to spend the minimum (must be a common tactic of car salesman to insult people). He then comes back with the print out of the final cost and its a thousand dollars over asking price making it $5,000.00 out of budget. I then stood up to leave and he grabs my arm and tells me not to leave "he isnt trying to get tough". I tell him he knew our budget before we arrived and he wasted our time. He then began to back track and say the typical "well we are losing money on this deal" car dealer line. What a joke they should be ashamed. When someone has the decency to explain their budget up front you could at least be honest with them right then instead of playing games and wasting time.

My daughter 20 yrs old worked as the receptionist at this dealership for the past 7 months. Another girl, 18 yrs old worked the same. Both girls were fired last friday and a real reason has not been given or verified. My daughter bought her a car there a week ago and the other girl just bought one as well. Both girls mentioned the salesman put a lot of pressure to buy these cars. Now both girls are unemployed and are under contract. Just found out this evening that these firings were in the works for weeks. Both girls gave their life savings as down payments. Well my daughter bought all the undercoating, paint and interior protection. I had to go over there yesterday and demand this service be done. Just got the car today and they tossed a care kit inside without explaining what it is and how to use it. In short, my advice is to shop at a different dealership and save yourself the agony and frustration. Extreme turnover of receptionists, office help and techs. This dealership is a bunch of loose cannons. They are real spineless pieces of work. You can expect they will use every tactic to get your money.

Worst car buying experience ever. There is a complete communication disconnect with employees. I scheduled a test drive a day in advance and the manager had taken the car home when I showed up. Research was not completed on best auto rates available. They suggested I use their banks but they did not know what rates and promotions are being offered. I had done my research and saved myself 1.5%. Upgrades were to be made to the vehicle but the service department never ordered the parts and when they finally did they ordered the wrong parts. When I brought the vehicle back in to have upgrades made as scheduled, nobody acted like they knew what was going on. My car was in the shop for three weeks for minor upgrades with deadlines missed. On top of everything, I just received a phone call from their attorney saying that my bill had not been paid and they were going to hold onto my vehicle until it was. I had already picked the vehicle up three weeks ago and payment had been made. You cant make this up. These guys are a joke.
