Mark Mcgee at the Mesa location on Country Club drive was great. I had initially contacted him back in April but my circumstances had changed. I communicated with him that I wasnt ready at that time and would contact him when more financially able. I contacted him in July after browsing the website. The car I initially wanted was sold prior to me coming back. However he suggested a vehicle closest to what it was. On the day I was coming back tthe second vehicle I chose ended up going to be serviced. Mark had another vehicle already in mind that he felt I would like that had come in the day before but hasnt realized it was there when I came to turn in application. I liked that vehicle better than the initial vehicle that went to be serviced. I am more than happy to be walking out of here with a very nice vehicle at a reasonable price. A 2008 Pontiac G6 with only 50000 miles. Highly recommend Auto Action especially Mark in Mesa.

DONT. I REPEAT.. DONT GO HERE OR THEIR SISTER COMPANY DRIVE NOW IN PHOENIX FOR A VEHICLE. They sell bad cars that are 3x the amount theyre worth. And when I got my car it broke down on me not once but 4 different things. All in 5 months time. And when you have to take your car to the shop you always have to leave your car with them all day because theres always cars that were just bought are being fixed (you know these cars were just bought because they still have the temporary tag on them) and the courtesy cars are pieces of junk. Balled tires and ac doesnt work. Trust me go somewhere else. They will reel u in with their cheap down payment and bad credit tricks. This place needs to be shut down

Dont shop here, they are asking THOUSANDS over blue book, their response? "We dont go by Kelly Blue Book," ok then what do you go by? Rip-off Book? 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse, Fair Market Value from Dealership with 125,000 miles, 5,740$ Retail, $6,672 Their price? 11,000$ ELEVEN THOUSAND FREAKING DOLLARS, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Thats nearly 6 THOUSAND over fair market price and nearly FIVE THOUSAND more than even the suggested retail! Auto Action, "We sell cars for the credit challenged for up to 5 thousand more than their actual value!"

Oh my goodness. This was the best service I have ever had buying a car they even have collateral protection. It was amazing. Vinny was super awesome and his customer service was amazing so kind and helpful. He even had an extra phone charger for us to use. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE THEY WILL DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU AFTER THEY HAVE WENT THREW THE PROCESS OF APPROVAL! My friend went threw the ringer with this company very poor customer service at all of their locations no one knows what they are talking about when it comes to cars AT ALL!! On a test drive one of the dealers wanted to smoke a cigarette in the car JUST VERY UMPROFESSIONAL WORKERS!!

Mark and Tim were VERY welcoming and helpful! They were able to get us into the van that we wanted when we werent expecting much to come of our visit there only because we have been turned down everywhere else. And my payments are reasonable I am a single mom of threee kids and they have been very workable and understanding and did what took to get into a car same day!!!
