I have know Mike sr. For 16 years..I have bought 3 cars myself and have sent many friends to Annie ..customer service at its best ! Any questions or issues were always dealt with in a professional manor ! We all are aware were buying a used vehicle when we go see Mike sr. Mike jr. Or annie...sr. goes through them with a fine tooth comb when purchasing. .this is why I keep coming back...highly recommend 48th state if looking for a great quality vehicle. ..Great people. Great service...

Terrible customer service and fine print unexpected fees from what they quote on ads.. Annie was very rude giving quote. Dont go there expecting them to "Work" with your situation and understand how times are hard like their ad says. Everything is firm and non-negotiable from the impression Annie gave me. Decided not to even waste any more time and hung up on her. I can see what they have such terrible reviews now.

Although Arizona has a strong Anti-SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPP) law in place, rather than waste my time defending a lawsuit, I have removed the original review and replaced it with this note.] Our familys experience with 48th State Auto was decidedly negative. Enough said.

They good honest people and are willing to work with you and help you as much as possible. My son bought his car from them and just paid it off. it had been a great car with no problems. Myself and my husband bought an 06 Taurus and it is beautiful and hasnt had any problems at all. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable automobile.

Mike and Annie are honest people and are willing to work with you on appropriate payment arrangements. 48th State Auto also provides a three month warranty for minor repairs. Remember, all vehicles need maintenance and care. If you want a car that is affordable this is the right place to go!
