Would give zero stars if possible. I bought a used truck and after waiting 12 days I finally got the truck. At first I was trying to be polite and told them no rush, because the salesman Roberto, told me how busy they were. How foolish of me to think that no rush meant it would be more than 3-4 days. I mistakenly thought that because the dealer told me if I purchased it, it would be ready within 24 hours. After 4 days I emailed the dealer and asked them to please hurry because I needed a vehicle. Because the dealer doesnt return calls or emails I was forced to go in almost every day to find my status. Everyday the manager, Brian, would guarantee me it would be ready the next day. After a few days of this game he started saying two days. Eventually I talked to the GM Jim who didnt know anything about this. He told me maybe today, maybe a couple of days. After that I had no choice but to call corporate and ask them for a pick up date. Soon after my conversation with corporate Roberto called me and said the truck was ready immediately. About 20 minutes later Jim called me and said it wasnt ready but would be latter in the day. So obviously they dont care and dont communicate. When I went to pick up the truck it wasnt the truck I bought. It was similar to the truck I purchased, however, the truck I purchased had radio knobs, floor mats, an arm rest the was not broken and 76 miles less than this truck they were delivering. So after I legally bought the truck it was vandalized and things were stolen. This was no longer their property and they had no right to do this. I immediately talked to Jim who said he didnt know anything about it and that I should talk to Roberto. Roberto said those must have been removed during the safety inspection, and he wouldnt and couldnt fix this situation. What is unsafe about radio knobs? Keep in mind I took pictures at the test drive and these item were intact. Photo proof of this. I had no choice but to contact corporate again. Corporate will not talk to me even after I told them I am not comfortable dealing with AutoNation Chevy anymore. Corporate doesnt care because instead of talking to me directly they have the dealer calling to harass me. So I took the truck into a mechanic to have it checked out and according to this mechanic the truck is not even road legal. Roberto sent me the safety inspection that AutoNation preformed and apparently they must have forged it. This can be the only explanation because they sold me a truck that is not road legal, yet their so-called mechanic thinks it is. So if you want to be lied to, treated like garbage, ignored, stolen from, and made a fool of please shop here. If not, run dont walk away. I know my family, my friends and whoever will Listen wont be shopping here. I feel I have no choice but to return the truck. This is most unfortunate because I lose either way. If I return the truck I am without a vehicle and I have to deal with the managers again. Also, the dealer doesnt care because they will turn around and probably sell this truck again within a week. Hopefully whomever buys this truck sees this first and knows what they are buying. If I keep this truck I had to pay out of pocket to make this truck road legal and have to worry about what else the dealer hid from me.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!! How many ways can you say DISHONEST! How many ways can you define FRAUD!! Let me tell you, the crooks who operate the finance end of this dealership play fast and loose with the rules and the truth (and your money and credit score), especially a guy named Steve. My wife bought a new car there OVER TWO WEEKS AGO, traded in a vehicle and walked out with the keys to a new Equinox and a SIGNED CONTRACT, yet here it is 17 days later and the old car loan is still not paid off. They made her sign a new contract, citing some B.S. reasons, but what it boils down to is that they f**ked up the financing, and now theyre blaming everyone except themselves. They cant or wont accept responsibility for their own mistakes. Nothing quite like unilaterally renegotiating ALL the terms of the contract, AFTER the customer has left the building to give you that warm and fuzzy feeling! I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership over the past 3 years, but NEVER AGAIN!! I warn everybody who does business here to watch them like a hawk, as the moment you think everything is all roses, they will f**k you over!! Heres an update, ONE HOUR after I posted this, Steve, from financing, called my wife to tell her "The check was cut last Friday" (to the old bank to payoff the old loan). Someone at the dealership obviously saw this post and they were in a rush to put this fire out, and told him to resolve this situation. Problem is, I personally, physically went into the dealership TWO HOURS ago, and spoke with Steve, face-to-face, at which time he told ME that the check had NOT been cut, the old loan had NOT been paid, and it would be another 3 days before such a thing happened. So, he either lied to me two hours ago, or he lied to my wife a few minutes ago. Take your pick. A lie is a lie, and it just goes to prove my point - This place is dishonest!! (BTW, I checked with the bank the old loan is with, and they have NOT received anything from anyone to pay off the old loan). Got caught lying to your customers AGAIN, Steve!! Ya know, why cant you just be honest?! And to the owner/management at S.S.A., let me remind you of the expression about "one bad apple..." Heres another update. Its been a month since my wife purchased the Equinox. FINALLY, after three weeks of waiting and more accumulation of interest, Autonation paid the old note off. So, is that the end of it? No, they think things are all rosy now because the note was paid, so now they want me to delete this post. They have MY contact info, but do they contact me? NO!! They begin to pressure my wife, asking her to intercede for them, asking her to ask me to delete this post. Grow some cajones, man up, admit YOU screwed up, and apologize to ME, and I might consider it!! By the way, to whomever writes these nice little paragraphs from the dealership, I am NOT reaching out! I have a legitimate complaint, and a few smooth words are NOT going to resolve this issue! I want everyone to know that my wife and I were NOT treated correctly at S.S.A., and after dropping over $130,000 there in three years, I feel like my business is not valued. I will be taking ALL my future business elsewhere, and if I can persuade others to do the same, GREAT!

Worst dealership in the State of AZ. Avoid this dealership at all costs no matter what department you are dealing with. Here are some short stories of examples that actually happened to me about each department (except the finance department because the sales department never got me that far). 1-Service Dept: Went in on a weekday in the middle of the day. There was literally not one person in the bay getting an oil change...they told me it was a TWO hour wait before I even could get my car in...needless to say, I drove 20 miles to another Chevy dealership and I was back at home within an hour! (the Autonation Chevy dealership is .50 miles from my house that should say a lot!) 2-Parts Dept: I went in to the parts department to buy a small part. The parts guy was a total jerk and said, "I have never heard of that part." Then he looked at me for 10 seconds and I left. Seriously? You have never heard of a part? How about you look it up? Oh and there was no one in the parts counter! Oh and the part I asked for was a bolt fastener for the air deflector. Never heard of that really? 3-Sales Dept: I went to Autonation to actually buy my Camaro...there were 4 salesmen sitting down outside...I asked, "Can someone help me look for a Camaro?" they looked so annoyed and one rolled his eyes and slowly got up to help me. Once he got to talking to me he flat out lied about the specs and features on the Camaro...I am a car guy, and good thing because if I was an uneducated customer I would have totally bought his lies. 4-Service Dept: Just recently I had my wife take our Suburban in to get an oil change...we scheduled an appointment well in advanced...she was sitting at the dealership, with our baby, for TWO AND A HALF hours no exaggeration the appointment was 11:30am and finally left at 2pm. For an oil change?? I can change the oil in any car in less than 30 minutes...why is it taking a dealership MORE than two hours almost THREE???? When she asked the service guy what was taking so long he said it was almost done...she saw the guys in the shop just standing around. Worst dealership I have EVER seen and I have purchased A LOT of cars in my day. It is pretty sad that I feel so hostile EVERY time I have to deal with that dealership (which will never happen again).
