I worked for Steve Washburn almost nine years ago, and he was a pleasure to work for. He emphasized the importance of being honest and maintaining a good reputation, as he depends on referrals and repeat business. He’s dedicated to earning it, and if he has to choose between a sale and his reputation, he’ll give up the sale every time. Since I left Steve’s employment around seven years ago, I’ve continued to buy cars from him. I’ve bought five cars from him in the intervening years. Theres a reason I havent bought a car from anyone else, and its because I know I wont get a better price, better service or a better experience from ANYONE else. I’ve also referred many friends and family members to Steve, and they’ve never had a poor experience with him. The guy who wrote the bitter review is full of crap and must not be telling the whole story – I wouldn’t refer friends and family to someone I didn’t trust, and I wouldn’t keep buying cars from someone year after year if I thought they were dishonest. If you’re looking for an honest, no bull-crap, straight up car or RV dealer, you’re not going to find anyone better than Steve Washburn.

Steve Washburn is the most Dishonest car dealer we have ever met. We wanted to buy from him, we were approved for financing and for sure wanted the car we picked out from him. We went back to the car dealer to let Steve know that we were approve and we were set to go. The 2nd day we had the car, our bank called and told us the bank wanted a newer car that was a 2002 and not a 2000. Later that day, we took the car to Steve and told him the bank wants a different car to approve. He told us to go to another credit union. The same day we came back to return the car, every credit union turned us down.Steve told us to find someone to co-sign but once again we told him we tried everyone in hour family.Steve then got mad and said no "now you own the car." We said but we cant pay for it. He laughed in our face and said "sorry you take care of it" and mocked us for 10 minutes. we left the car and keys with him it was still in perfect condition. We later read the contract and it stated that we had 14 days after purchase to return the car. He tried to force us to buy his car when we couldnt afford it.

So, I was in the market for an RV. I went to other RV dealers who will not be named and their on the floor prices were different than their online prices. Other dealers will try to charge you $1000 dollars above the online price This was the first dealer that I went too that didnt have a discrepancy. . All the accounting was done in front of me (The other dealers go into the back with the Boss to see how they can squeeze every penny out of you.) They pulled up the value on NADA for me and showed me all of the features and their respected values. They called the mechanic to install my trailer brake and equalizer hitch on his day off. These guys just do it right and they make every effort to ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I recommend this dealer to all people that are in the market for an RV.

I purchased a trailer a little over a year ago and left the lot feeling great about the process. Within a few months I found a few items that concerned me and I became frustrated. When this was brought to Steves attention, he moved quickly to address everything he could. With this in mind I would buy from Steve again and recommend you do the same and no I do not know Steve or his team except for my purchase. I live in another state and found it worth the drive. I have never worked with a dealership with as much integrity.I have been impressed with Steve and his desire to make sure the sale is a win win.

Bought a trailer from Washburn this summer. Both Steve and Angela went out of their way to help us. They were fair on price and fixed problems with the trailer without hesitation. They always seemed concerned about making sure things were done promptly and making sure we had the trailer ready for our trips. Steve took the time to help me on a hot day get my old rusty Equalizer hitch adjusted to properly tow the trailer home. No small task. I highly recommend Washburn RV

Judson---I recently bought a car from Washburn Motors and it was a great experience. The customer service was excellent. Steve didnt have the type of car we were looking for when we first came in (Toyota Camry). However, in only a week and a half Steve found us the car we were looking for at an amazing price! I would definitely recommend Washburn Motors to anybody!

Steve and Ben were there to help us find our trailer camper with excellent pricing and wonderful service. Ruben helped us with our walk through and was very knowledgeable.
