Josh Breathe Easy Home Comfort

To start off, I didnt even really want to buy from these sharks. I was looking to lower my dept and traded in 2 vehicles one the diesel truck that was all but paid for, and the other the 2013 Van was only a year old with only 17000 miles on it still new. We came to an agreement (at least I thought we did). Well they played the old bait and switch on me manipulating my trade ins and writing in more than I owed on the new one so my other one would be canceled out and they would get it for free. The bottom line ended up being thousands more than what we agreed upon but i wasnt paying attention because i was very frustrated with this dealer taking my who day to make an agreement. Unfortunately for me I just signed and left in my so called like new truck. (Now it gets interesting) I go and get in it and the change oil light comes on so I went in and told them they told me "oh we just forgot to reset the light we changed the oil" so they "reset" the light. Well the next day I took it to my local oil shop and had them check it, they told me no way was it never changed it was blacker than Tobys a** (their quote not mine) and the air filter was completely plugged costing me $111.00 to fix. They did however make good on the oil change. It has now been 21 days and they still have NOT paid off my vehicle loans on my trades, I have had to make a payment on one of over $510 so I dont get a late payment on my credit. I went back to there dealership and found my vehicles are gone. I still own them they have not paid for them yet. Micah (my sales man) was conveniently not there to explain what the heck is going on. I believe Ive been taken for a ride. Pun intended!

My husband and I bought a car from Investment Auto Group over this past weekend and honestly we have never been treated so nicely. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. All of the guys there were so friendly and had such a great sense of humor. Even the owner was super nice and so willing to help. The moment we walked in the door there was no pressure at all, such an easy going environment. We worked with Duff and what can we say what a great guy. He was so positive and had such a great attitude with working within our budget. We know if we were to work with anyone else on their team we would have received the same treatment. Such a great bunch of guys even down to their car detailing guys. We would highly recommend this car dealership if anyone is looking to buy a car. Great job guys and thanks for all that you did for us!

My dad recommended I look for a car at Investment Auto after a terrible experience at Toyota Bountiful where I felt aggressively pressured into purchasing a car. My experience at Investment Auto was completely different. The guys that own it are AWESOME. They did not try and pressure me into buying anything. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles they were selling. I ended up purchasing a 2008 Nissan Rouge that I have owned for over a year now and LOVE. I have had minimal problems with it other than having to replace the blow motor which stopped working about 5 months after purchasing. When I decide its time to purchase a newer vehicle I will definitely be returning to Investment Auto! Thank you for giving me a great car buying experience!

Worse experience with a car dealer. Was told many things about the truck and the work that was checked out on it, none of which was true have paperwork and nothing matches what we were told. Bought with a broken differential, overhearing issue, broken trailer brake, broken radio & speakers, bad egt sensor, broken motor mount, headlight some pushed in dashboard so lights wont turn on or off and run continuously, bad heads, cracked radiator hose, no catalytic converter or muffler. Heater switch that doesnt work. Headlight switch doesnt work. Brake system light and engine light on. And they told us many lies. And say its AS-is even though they lied out everything regarding truck. Cant even register my truck in my county.

After a year of searching for the "perfect" truck in my price point with most of the features I wanted, I finally found it at Investment Auto Group! Todd and Justin were both so helpful and I really appreciate their team that cleaned the truck for me before I left. Todd took the time to show me the differences in suspension and build between a 1500 model truck and a 2500 model truck since I will be towing, which no one has ever taken the time to do before. I appreciate the time and genuine effort these guys put into making sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I have worked with Investment Auto Group for over a year now. During that period I have purchased 3 different vehicles for myself. Having watched how Investment Auto goes through the process of checking out, reconditioning, and qualifying vehicles for extended warranties, I have been completely impressed. I dont know of any other company that handles the used car process as carefully and meticulously as Investment Auto. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great used vehicle. If they can sell vehicles to me and keep me satisfied, they can sell to and satisfy anyone!!!! I had a VERY great experience with this dealer! Called and the car was ready when I arrived. My wife was at work all day and he allowed me to take the car to her and then to my mechanic. I had the car for more than a few hours and drove for more than a few miles and everything fell into place. My mechanic looked everything over and sure enough it was as we were told, it was a great deal, no need to haggle over the price. We went away VERY happy! It was a very easy, very pleasant experience the full time. I was very impressed. Very straight forward and simple and got exactly what we were looking for as well as a great deal!

My Ram 2500 is the second vehicle Ive purchased from Investment, I had such a good experience when I bought my Jeep that I had to go back for my truck. They took care of everything over the phone. It literally took about an hour and a half total time from finding out about the truck to a verbal agreement, then they delivered later that day! It was awesome! Upon delivery they had me sign papers which took 15 minutes then I was done! In the past buying a new car has been an all day endurance event, but with Investment its quick and easy. I felt like they were super straightforward and honest with me too.

this company is by far the worst i have ever dealt with. worse than low books sales. sold me a truck that had alot of issues and they told me before i bought it that they would repair all issues and never did. they now say that its my issues and they have no desire to repair my vehicle. im very dissapointed with these guys and the way they run their business. i reported these guys to the better busniess bureau and dont think that its right for any business to treat and take advantage of people and their hard earned money
