You couldnt ask for more. This is a family-run dealership and it shows. They treat you like family and they are incredibly helpful on all levels. I bought a used Toyota Corolla from this place as a secondary car- they are mainly a Lexus dealership but they always have some great deals on traded-in cars. The Corolla I bought had some cosmetic issues (busted liquid reserve tank for washer fluid, no dome light cover, no trunk liner, no spare tire, seat belt didnt pull itself in) that they fixed in the first week at no charge. They also replaced the front two tires with brand new ones. They are fast, helpful, truthful about their commitments and treat you like they have been friends with you for years. My wife and I have had no problems with the Corolla since and these guys are so nice that it makes you want to stop by just to say hi. HIGHLY recommended whether you are getting a new Lexus or looking for a good-ole reliable car. AT LEAST stop by to see their inventory. A+

Im not normally one to write reviews, but I wanted to share the experience my wife and I had with Berge Auto. We bought a Subaru Outback from Berge. The sales guy and owner were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, within days of buying the car we noticed a burning smell coming from under the hood, so we had it checked out by an independent mechanic. He said a leaky hose was the reason for the smell. He also said we needed to have both front axles replaced. We took it to Berge because they offer repairs for a discounted price through their mechanics. We should have paid a little more and given the business to the first mechanic. The owner at Berge acted put out and rude. My wife had to go back three times with our toddler because their mechanic "forgot something." And now the display that shows what gear youre in isnt working. I will never take our car back to Berge for repairs no matter what the price. And we will definitely never buy another car from them.

WOW - to say the least. I cant remember everyones names during our purchasing experience, but every one of them treated my wife and myself with kindness and respect. I was bound and determined to buy a car from a private seller. But, I have learned the hard way after weeks of looking and finding that “most” private sellers over exaggerate…however, I am very happy I went thru Berge LA Auto. Like others on this comment board, they agreed on a price, and then afterwards as we found things that were wrong, they stepped up with smiling faces to take care of everyone of them. We have purchased several cars from this dealer. Car buying has been more pleasant. Prices are not only fair but great. These people are honest, fair and not pushy at all. After agreeing on a price on two different cars, the dealer added some things at their cost after the fact. The mechanic worked with us in the first couple of weeks on a couple of minor issues, again without any cost to us. I cant imagine going anywhere else in the future. We sent our young married daughter and son in law in with a limited budget and they were able to get them in to a very reliable car within their budget. 5 stars all around for these guys!

We were in the market for a Subaru to get me up and down the canyon to Park City everyday (sometimes multiple times/day). Steph was so diligent and found me the perfect awesome, sporty Suby that was perfect for me! She even found it in Arizona where there was no rust, which was a bonus. And her mechanic did a full-inspection on it to make sure it was running perfectly and that there were no issues. I think I bought it around 150K miles and it JUST PASSED 250K MILES and is running like a champ!!! Thank you Berge and Steph for taking such great care of your customers and for making sure the cars you sell are legit!
