This was the WORST car buying experience Ive ever encountered. Ritchie is a younger, cocky guy with ZERO customer service and obviously runs daddys place. Not only were we quoted a price that he later argued, he made us feel like he was the one doing US the favor by selling us the car. When I go and pay dealership fees, I expect a few things. My car to be detailed, my tank to be full, and appreciation for my business. I made sure before signing the paperwork that those needs would be met. They sprayed it down with a hose (which left dirty water spots everywhere) and filled it to 1/4 tank. They promised theyd do some work on it if it didnt pass Safety. They got it to pass illegally and I left the lot without so much as my horn working, clearly endangering my families safety. They made us sign an "as is" agreement which should have tipped us off. Now I cant even return it to have the safety done properly or have those fixes made. Ive never been so disappointed in an experience until now. Buying a car should feel great because its a huge investment. It shouldnt make you cry after leaving the lot. I will NEVER return there. I will do EVERYTHING I can to make people aware that this lot should be avoided at all costs. They play dealership games and they cheat you. Im very disappointed with Asay Auto.

We recently bought a 2012 VW Jetta TDI from Asay Auto. Rich was the salesman who helped us and I have NOTHING but great things to say about him. When we bought the car part of our contract was for them to fix a plastic EGR throttle on the car. I live out of state and a month later took the car to them to fix. I dropped off the car and they gave me a run around car for the time being. After Rich dropped the car off to his mechanic we found out that more things were wrong. The EGR Valve was bad and needed to be replaced and there was a crack in the Cover Gasket that was leaking and burning oil. This was something that no one had known about. I had a mechanic come out and inspect the car and my husband and I did as well and we all missed those small/minor details. What was supposed to be a couple hundred dollars to fix now was way more! Rich was AMAZING and agreed to cover the WHOLE bill for us. I was floored at how wonderful they were. They completely took care of us. He answered ALL of my questions and I was always able to get a hold of him. I am so pleased with them and the service they provided us. We got an amazing car that my husband loves and that is perfect for our family. We had such a great experience dealing with them. I would definitely recommend them!

I felt that Asay auto was helpful when selecting a vehicle I wanted and they sold it for an economic price compared to other dealers. Unfortunately my experience in receiving the vehicle was disappointing and bad enough that I would not recommend the dealer to others. I was told that all the tires would be replaced with new ones. The two front ones were however very worn and in the yellow range on tread evaluations. I dont think this is fair to blame on Big O Tires. Asay did an awful detail on the vehicle (see photos for a couple examples). And of course they thought it would be okay to pass the vehicles safety inspection with a leaking muffler. I had the heat shields on the muffler repaired at my own expense, was promised reimbursement, and never received it. Overall, I like my vehicle and paid a fair price, but the hassle of everything would honestly make it worth paying more for a more reputable dealership.

I bought an xterra from rich a couple years ago....i had problems with it as soon it went off the lot...i took it back and had them work on the several leaks it had (which still leaked as much as before they supposedly tried to fixed it ) the ac didnt work at all.. and rich was hard to gwt ahold of every time i called him...or out of town or on vacation...he acted like it was my fault the vehicle wasnt work ungodly correctly...he treats you as if you dont know anything and when i finally picked the xterra up they had run the gas down to empty and left their nasty subway trash in the vehicle...then a few months later the engine blew ...these people sell nothing but lemons...dont buy from them. If your gonna spend 6 grand on a car dont spend it at their car lot...buy from a better company such as innovative auto in orem or lowbook...youll get more for your money!

I visited this lot twice while shopping for a new car last month, and was thoroughly unimpressed both times. They dont detail the cars on their lot or seem to take good care of them at all. The staff was friendly enough but when we sat down to talk about the price on a car I was interested in I was disappointed as they would not budge on the price that was $1500 over full retail and then wanted to hit me with insane dealer fees and an absolutely terrible rate on a loan. To pay $412 a month (the price they quoted me) over 60 months on a $15,000 car is LUDICROUS when my bank already pre-approved my auto loan and told me the payments for a car that price would be around 280. I get that every lot has a dealer fee and taxes have to be included but that is insane, if youre not experienced in shopping for cars youll get ripped off here. I would not recommend this lot!

I bought a 2006 Accord from there just a couple months ago, and since that time Ive had to replace the spark plugs, fix 2 of the door locks, replace the air filters, and get the heating core replaced, all of which cost me over $1,600. Those were all pre-existing conditions that the car had when I bought it but they didnt tell me about. It was a pleasant, low-pressure experience there, and I understand they cant check every single possible bad part in the car, however I feel like the heating core (which costs about $1,200 to fix) is something expensive enough that they should check before selling a car, that way they can inform potential customers of it beforehand. Regardless if I get a warranty or not, something that major should be checked beforehand and relayed to potential customers.

Their cars are overpriced by at least $1000. When I told them they were way overpriced they said I couldnt trust the numbers I had found and if they plugged it into their data base it would give us the price that they had it listed. Lo and behold when they typed it into their "special website" it was the price I said it should be. Both the financial advisor and owner literally had no words and wouldnt budge on the price. We finally got them to lower it by like a few hundred dollars but even then it was still overpriced. Also, they didnt even clean our car off, the back of it had a whole bunch of dead bugs all over it. The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because we love our car and it had great mileage, however the experience at the dealership was lacking.
