We had a big problem that came up with my engine right after they fixed my transmission the Ford Focus has been having problems with. Any other place would have tried to pull one over on me. These guys did what they thought was right and proved there is a reason why I continue to drive all the way from downtown Phoenix to get my car serviced there. There are several other Ford Service centers closer but lots of other service centers and oil change places seem to think they can throw services at me they know I dont need because I am a woman. Not at Berge Ford. I go in for what needs to be done and leave with just that. No more hassle or services trying to be crammed down my throat we all know I dont need. I appreciate them being straight forward and not taking advantage of the fact I am a woman or talking down to me! It is unfortunately a rare place to find.

I have purchased three vehicles from Berge Ford, two from used inventory and one from new inventory. All three experiences were great, I did not have to deal with the salesman running back and forth to a manager. We were able to talk frankly with each other and come to a deal that work for both of us. We worked out the financing through their financing department and I went home with my vehicle. I have all three vehicles serviced at the Berge Ford Service Department. Their service is the best I’ve ever experienced. They are thorough, knowledgeable and they get the issue solved at a fair price. I have had one experience with their body shop and again, excellent service done right the first time no issues with the car afterwards. Always a pleasant experience to work with this dealership.

We have had our Ford Edge for 21 months, 16,000 miles; obviously we dont use it to travel much. When we have gone any distance it is comfortable enough we arrive as fresh as at the start. We use our dealer, Berge Ford, for all servicing. The service teams are professional and Nick Wheeler takes care of what is needed. For Christmas 2016 we ordered ukuleles for our grandchildren, their spouses and older great-grand-children. The space behind the rear seat was sufficient for the 31 boxes. We previously had the Pontiac equivalent of the Chevy Equinox which had a large turning radius; the Ford Edge thankfully had a much smaller radius and is more maneuverable. We recommend the Edge to all who admire it.

I had been alerted to a potential problem prior to taking my 2014 Explorer in for routine service. When I asked to see the car up on the lift there was no hesitation to accommodate me. I observed what had been reported and was satisfied the by the diagnosis and knew the correct repair would be done. All was covered by warranty, but the personable and professional manner with which I was treated by the Berge Service Department continues to reinforce why I always take my car to this dealer for service. All the guys I worked with to get my 2017 Escape were GREAT! Gary Warning stuck with me for 3 months while I decided what vehicle I wanted. Than we I found it he went the extra mile(more like60)to get me the color I wanted at another dealer. Mark and Zach were very helpful and nice also. Took my truck in bad experience. Rude guy at the service line too busy for my questions. I didnt get the great service everyone is apparently getting from the reviews I read. I told the dealer about my experience. I got two calls one from customer service which they didnt helped at all and one from an employee trying buy my truck and sell me a new one. Im disappointed I got two fords but Ill just get them services some where else.

Like most, I am not a fan of going through the whole process when buying a car/truck. Berge made this an efficient and easy process. Scott and Taff provided the type of service which is outside the typical experience. They were fare and transparent. The communication was outstanding. If I was in the market for another vehicle I would definitely work with them again. If looking for a car I would recommend Berge Ford.

The last 3 cars we purchased came from Berge Ford. Weve looked at other places but found what we want on their lot. Ill give the service a 4.5. They try really hard to please and because we buy used rather than new there will always be a few issues here and there and sometimes they just arent easy to fix. Berge Ford makes sure that we dont pay any more that we absolutely have to though.

Ive been getting my F-150s serviced at Berge Ford since 2010! They always get me in and out within the expected time, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Service and Sales teams at Berge! Ive dealt with Sergio, Fernando and Tim in the service department and those guys are top notch! Link in the sales department was the best!
