NOT GOOD!!!!So where do I start...... I recently bought my second vehicle thinking I would have a good experience since my first one was great but have to say this time was not!!!!! I was extremely disappointed in the service after the sale. Feel like I was treated like crap because the vehicle I purchase was one of the lower priced on the lot. Let me explain why....... I purchased a vehicle that the defrost didnt work ( even though it passed safety and emissions...and law states it has to work to pass),so I called the office and the told me to contact their mechanic to schedule a appointment to get it fixed. After a week of calling with no luck I called back the office and they told me that the mechanic was there and I could talk to him, so I did. He told me to bring it there a week later than what I talked to them and they would fix it. The following week I took it down there and they took my vehicle. After 3 days of no communication telling me how long they were going to have my vehicle I decided to go back down to the office, and to my surprise my vehicle is sitting on the lot. I went in to ask what was going on and then they asked me if I was here to pick it up I told them I was never contacted and told to come and pick it up I was just there to check to see what was going on. So they told me to check the inside for the keys. Opening the doors I found that the whole inside was black oil and figure prints all over light cream leather and my dashboard was completely scratched from the tools that they use. There was a big ding on the drivers door and a half of tank of gas was gone. So I went back into the office and ask them to come out and look at it with me. When I took them out and showed them the damage and how dirty the whole thing was they told me that it was only $.....and that I shouldnt complain because the vehicle didnt cost that much( 7,000+) and they help me out by repairing the defrost( that they should have done for safety and emissions in the first place). Then proceeded to tell me that they would clean it up for me,so I wouldnt be upset and to come back later that day, so I did. When I came back to pick it up it was a little bit darker and all the crap earlier I was tired so I just took it home. I decided to wash it myself since they didnt do a very good job and before doing it I discovered that they took some abrasive pad to the outside of my vehicle and destroyed the paint and the chrome trim on the vehicle. Now the entire vehicle has swirl marks and scrub marks all over it( which it was glass looking and now its dull and scratch) and I havent even had it a month and I have to repaint the hole thing. So long story short I bought a vehicle that should have had the defost working and now the dashboard and the outside of my truck is destroyed and the value is down. Very very disappointed in the service that I received. If they didnt have a mechanic that could do the work in the first place they should Outsource that to a person that could instead of trying to handle something that they couldnt do now Im stuck with a vehicle that I have to fix!!! GREAT lots of$$$$$ After the extremely poor service that I received the first time I decided on not to contact them again !!! Its not like they are going to fix it without another fight!!!! If you decide to buy from Watts make sure everything works before we leaving that lot. I know I didnt buy the highest value vehicle in their lot but with any vehicle you should have better customer services PS they werent minor grease spots all over the there were scratches all over my dashboard and grease every where in my truck ( all over leather seats) yes they did offer to clean it up but when they did they destroyed my paint job by using a rough pad on it andno further contact with ever made between me and Watts Auto due to the fact they treat me like a seconded rate customer

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DECEITFUL TACTICS!!!! Three days after buying a 2012 GMC crew cab Denali Duramax from Steve and the crew at Watts I got it home to Boise, Idaho where we had a rain storm and thats when the issues arose. It became apparent after the wax and buffing compound was washed off (good detailers can hide a lot of flaws) my truck had been repainted several different times due to some sort of accident(s) (possibly prior to Watts receiving it but not mentioned in the car fax report) as the clear coat had started to coming off (not properly sanded) or missing all together (bad body shop but good detailing to hide it). I immediately sent Steve a picture and text to express my concern. Mind you its only been three days after buying it. He told me he would take it up with the owners and we would figure something out. I went and had two estimates done as proof of the problem and sent them to Steve so he had some idea of what the issue was. After almost a month of getting no answers from Steve (not from a lack of trying on my part) I received the answer I was in no way expecting. Sorry your out of luck!!!!! Poor customer service from a typical used car salesman if you ask me!!!! The same day I had to put two new batteries and an air filter in my truck!!! Guess when they serviced it at Watts (which Steve told me had been done) checking the filter was too difficult (cause it was filthy) and testing the batteries is too time consuming cause one was shot. I get it, the batteries can go out at any point. All I wanted was to have the truck I paid good money for, be in the condition that I paid good money for, nothing more nothing less. Stand behind the products you sell guys!! In todays world we have a ton of choices on where we can buy things and unfortunately I CAN NOT recommend this place. So youve been FOREWARNED!!!! In response to the owners comments yes I was happy with the truck until the clear coat started to come off where the truck has been "repainted." (three days after purchasing it.) Steve has the picture and theses are his exact words "I didnt even notice anything with the paint when it was here" "I understand your frustration I am working on it." So in my mind one of two things applies either nobody knew of the the issue and Watts just passes it on to their customer or two they knew of it and still passed it on to their customer. So now whos statement is flawed.

What can I say !! These guys are awesome. I have purchased Two vehicles form Watts. First I traded in a Tundra and got the best trade-in in town and bought a lifted Cummins on 37s. Loved it but after about 6 months I wasnt pulling a trailer anymore and didnt need a huge long bed to drive to school and work. I traded it back into them again for a great trade-in value and bought at 2014 Wrangler lifted on 35s fully loaded with leather. What an amazing vehicle these Jeeps are. What made me so so happy is I had a small issue at no fault of Watts, I took it to my buddy at Big O after something happened 3 days after I bought it and had the issue fixed. I cruise up into talk to Blain, awesome guy by the way, he took the paper work, wrote me a check for the full amount I paid for the repair and shook my hand. I asked him where the best place to leave a good review was because of that. No questions asked, I even had a video of the small bad part and he said dont worry I trust you. Lets be real, there is a million places to buy cars and trucks. If you want a lifted truck or Jeep or a sweet viper like they have "I want it " you need to talk to these guys. Lets be more real, if you are looking for a done up loaded beautiful truck that is ready to go, lifted, nice quality wheels and good tires, why look at those dealers that only have 4-5 of them. Watts has more than you can dream of that are all awesome. I financed both vehicles through Watts as well, both times getting approved even with rolling negative equity. Between both purchases I dont think either one took over 1.5 hours tops. Maybe even less, it was such a good expierence I lost track of time. I would highly recommend these guys for a classy, not overpriced, well outfitted dealer. Very happy again !
