The good: 1. The car we bought is clean and thus far it has had no mechanical issues (Though I wouldnt expect any with a 2012 Accord at this point). 2. The finance guy was great to work with, and was able to get us a loan through a local credit union right there at the dealership. It was very easy and convenient. The bad: 1. Upon signing for the car we were told by they guys at the front desk that they have the car detailed, and then they would get the oil changed by the local Grease Monkey. While they had the detailing done, they did not get an oil change. Yet they changed the oil change tracker in the car to %100. Small, but yet dishonest and it left a bad taste in my mouth. 2. When we arrived to pick up the car, PMR did not have the cars key-fob. They then told me that the family member they had bought the car from still had the key-fob. I was told to call the next day (Saturday), and they would have it for me. When I called the next day, I was abruptly told that I would just need to wait. Whoever I was talking to on the phone said they would not see this family member until the next night, and I would just need to get the key-fob on Monday. I did eventually get the key-fob that Monday after yet another phone call and trip down to the dealership. 3. We traded in a car, and it took weeks for them to pay the remaining loan off. I finally went into the credit union to try and figure out why the loan for our old car which was sitting for sale in PMRs lot was still on my account?! I was told they had not received payment to pay off our loan. You can imagine my stress at having both a new loan and this old loan under my name. The loan officer then called PMR to try and figure out why payment had not been received. She talked to someone at PMR for a few minutes, and then was hung up on by the person she was talking to. She then exclaimed that the person at PMR had been very rude and had hung up on her. 4. It literally took months to get our license plates for the new car. I thought it must be an issue with the DMV, but sure enough it turned out that PMR had not been able to get the title from that same family member. Overall we love the car, but will avoid doing business with PMR and will suggest that others do the same. I would like to note that one of the owners called a few weeks ago to address our poor experience. He apologized and offered 2 free oil changes. At this point I felt it was too little, too late and was just happy to not be dealing with PRM Auto anymore.

If i could have given more stars I would have. We stopped by because of the great selection of vehicles that matched what we were looking for. They told us what they would give us for our trade in which was thousands of dollars higher than another dealership. We loved one of the vehicles we test drove and the paperwork was easy and well explained. On the drive home we noticed one of the tire pressure sensors wasnt seeming to work, as well as the check engine light lit up. I was very frustrated having just purchased it. When we got home I also notice the DVD player wouldnt turn on. I gave Brad a call expecting a battle over the phone, but simply got a bring it in so we can fix the issues. Well we dropped it off, and my only complain is they had it for quite few days to fix the issue, but I also know that is not completely in their control. A few days later and we go back to pick it up to find out a sensor in the fuel system went out and instead of just replacing that, they replaced the entire fuel pump since once that sensor went out other problems normally followed. The tire sensor was fixed and they didnt just fix the DVD player, we looked to find a brand new DVD player that looked nicer than the one that previously was installed. The service at PMR auto was good, but the end result of the product and the way they took care of any problems was absolutely great. I would recommend PMR auto to everyone, and I hope next time Im looking for a car that they have what Im looking for.

Went in to look at several minivans with my wife. We were interested in a Nissan Quest, and asked for a mechanical inspection, just like their website promises you can have. They recommended taking it to a Nissan Dealership, so we agreed. They took the car to Tim Dahle Nissan, and after the inspection the service technician told me there were about $2200 worth of repairs that needed to be done before the first oil change. I called and spoke with Kevin, and he told me hed have "his guy" take a look at it. After his guy took a look at two of the four items that Tim Dahle had discovered were wrong Kevin called me back and told me nothing was wrong with the car it was good to go. I asked him if we could have the other two things looked at still, and he agreed to have it sent out to have those issues checked, told me to call him back after 11 on a Thursday. I call Kevin on my break at work only to find out theyve sold the car out from underneath us and were not going to let us know. I feel that this is dishonest since Kevin had promised me hed have the issues checked before I committed to the purchase especially since the first company to inspect the car mentioned thousands of dollars in repairs as a potential concern. I will never recommend PMR auto to anyone, very unprofessional and deceptive experience for me. If youre thinking of purchasing a car here be wary that they will go back on their commitments.

I purchased an auto from PMR Auto a week ago. The transaction which included a trade-in was smooth, professional, sincere, non-intimidating and processed seamlessly without any pressure and in a timely manner. The timely manner was important to me because I randomly left work to see the car and was pleased to drive it back to work! I had read the Google reviews prior to visiting PMR. I appreciate their professionalism in responding back to the two negative comments on Google review; I found their response demonstrated their desire to make things right with a customer who expressed a concern. Two brothers Brad and Dean and their friend Dave work there. They were all very nice and helpful. Brad personally helped me through the process. What I appreciate most was the fact that he treated me the way he would want his wife, sister, mom or daughter to be treated by a car salesman if she were out buying a car alone. How I was treated was important to me because I am single and had never bought a pre-owned car from a dealer. He answered all of my questions, claified what was on the CarFax Vehichle History and is taking care of my concerns I had about the vehicle I purchased which I did not have time be taken care of that week. I confidently recommend anyone to PMR Auto and I am grateful for the excellent customer care and service that was rendered to me. -- Bianca West
