Watch out for these guys. Bought a nice priced car that appeared too good to be true. Well it was. We ended up buying it and had it checked out and seemed solid. About 100 miles of driving check engine light came on. Called owner and he argued it was an as is sell which I understood however upon checking engine code at Autozone it said there was an issue w catalytic converter and the guy said we can reset code and see if it came back on. This sparked my interest even more. I called owner back and said he needs to take care of this because his mechanic simply reset code and never fixed an issue. Emission issues are a huge problem and could cost a ton. After some argument and not letting it go, I told him he was going to fix it because he knew his mechanic simply reset code and passed the car for emissions which is illegal. He stopped his side of the story and accepted to repair the vehicle but at turtle speed (about 3 weeks literally) to order a correct part and have someone repair. He didnt even offer a rental car so we essentially bought a car and had to then live without it for almost a month due to his unethical practice. Car was fixed and is fine now thank heaven. If he wouldve fixed it in the first place and didnt just reset a code we would of been a happy customer. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I went and spoke to his so called mechanic and he told me "I guess the code came back up after I reset it?" Like he didnt know. This proved my explanation. A 30 day warranty or 90 day or similar would be a great solution/ demand / requirement but all need to watch out. Lots of money on the line and they expect people to not whine about issues and simply dissappear. I dont want anyone to through what we went through. Reputation / trust is everything in business. I personally will never give these guys a dime of my money!

UPDATE: These guys lie left and right. After writing my review below, they had the other guy in line write a review. Of course hes happy because they let him sneak in and buy it when we told him we were on our way to buy the truck. We would have bought it right there but the truck was making a rattling sound and they were going to look into it (and the broken stereo). They even lied and said they sold it to the owners cousin which is obvious below didnt happen. Wow. Breaks my heart. This company is dishonest. I packed up my 2 year old and drove 50 miles to test drive a truck they had listed. After driving, we saw another gentleman waiting to test drive. Alfredo said he would have his mechanic look into the rattling and get back to us. The next day we told him we were still interested and had our other vehicle break down completely and we were without a car and borrowing. He said he was fixing the problems and would have it back that day but we were first up in buying the vehicle (but we saw he JUST relisted the vehicle at a higher price online??). The next morning, he texted us that he sold it to the owners cousin. Which we are fully aware they relisted at a higher price and hurry and sold it. Not an honest company, so beware whatever they tell you or promise you. (Oh, and owner - check your test drive list for Jeremy. So you dont claim that. He took off of work to drive. And maybe dont promise it to customers who struggled with crying toddlers and drove hours to test your vehicles you werent planning on selling at the price you had listed).

We had an excellent experience buying a van from Best Buy Auto and would recommend them to anyone! Afshin was who we worked with, and he went above and beyond with his customer service, something refreshing and much appreciated. Not only did he give us the best price we found around, but the van he sold us was also the best quality of all the similar vans we looked at. He prides himself in selling quality, well-taken-care-of vehicles, and it shows. Hearing that we were adopting twins (the reason for the van), he even gave us an extra discount out of the goodness of his heart. Plus, he personally touched up the one scratch that was on the van, and even found the source of a small squeaking noise we heard in the interior when multiple Toyota dealerships and mechanics could not. You dont encounter this kind of caring and customer service in many companies, much less a car sales company. Thank you Afshin and Best Buy Auto for a great vehicle and superb experience!

Triple check all features of the vehicle your looking to buy from here. I bought a truck from here 4 months ago and was stupid of me not to test everything! Let me start off with the buying experience. When I test drove the truck it was great! I went to the back to get a check. Once I returned I was told it failed a emission test due to they just put gas in it and to drive it for a week before the next test. Well I did that and it passed. One thing I did not test on my new truck was 4x4. I went to a river with the truck and got stuck on a incline with dirt. I flipped the 4x4 switch on and Nothing happen!. I took it to my shop and the shift motor was bad as well as the switch and fuse. Cost me with parts and labor $600 to fix. Stupid me for not testing everything on the truck. If you buy from here triple check all the features of your vehicle! This dealership seems like it could be crooks.

I was traveling from St George to look at a truck that I was so interested in I even put down 200 to save it til I could look at it. This was Friday, I was told the truck would be detiled and waiting for me Saturday morning. I show up Saturday morning to be told "the truck is having emissions done he should be back in 20 minutes" which was a little irritating.. 45 minutes later I get a text that the truck is there. I went back to see the truck that looked like it was sprayed off at best. I drove 4 hours and still really liked the truck so I test drove it and everything seemed to be ok. I ended up purchasing the truck drove it home. Parked it overnight and the next morning I start it up to hear a grinding noise in the motor (timing chain) I guess I can add $3,000 to my new purchase. Very disappointed to say the least

I purchased a truck from them. They were very easy to work with, no pressure to buy and when I asked for an out the door price, they gave it to me quickly with no haggle. I brought the truck home and 3 days later the check engine light went on! I contacted Theran and he helped me trouble shoot the issue. We found out what the issue was after taking it to my mechanic and I told him what the repair was and an estimated cost. Even though the truck was sold AS IS, Theran offered to help me pay for the repair. The truck is running smooth and I felt like they cared about me and their reputation and wanted to do right by me. I would purchase a vehicle from them again.
