This is a low-end place to go. I dont recommend it to anyone unless they want to be screwed. They (Edgar) tried selling me a BMW for "$4995" (with taxes and fees it would come out to about $6k) and told me it needed a catalytic converter and had a couple other small "issues," but "nothing too big.. The only big thing is the catalytic converter." (Said it was $1200 but he was certain I could get it for lower) I went ahead and did a pre-purchase inspection at a shop anyway, giving him the benefit of the doubt though, and it turned out that there were $7500 in repairs required for the vehicle to pass safety and emissions. I confirmed with two separate mechanics from different companies and I found out that those repairs were necessary. They even told me not to buy the car. When I confronted Edgar about it I asked, "I dont know how you can sell this car in good conscience knowing how much hidden fixing is required." To which he responded, "I can have peace of mind because I advertised it along with the comment that it has "issues." After that its on the customer." I may have been lucky to get out of there, but others are not. And that is because of Premier Auto.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! The dealer I was dealing with (Trent) WAS AWESOME!!!! Unfortunately the guy that owns the dealership (TROY THE SCUM BAG!!!!) is the biggest jerk on the planet. I spent days with Trent test driving and finding the financing I needed on a car only to have Troy go behind Trents back and sell the car I had decided on and given him a check for a down payment. Told him I I had to work the weekend and couldnt get back to finish the deal for a few days. Trent assured me because I had given him a check for the down payment all was good. Troy turned around EVEN THOUGH HE KNEW AND HAD CHECK IN HIS HAND, and sold the car to someone else. He didnt even bother to check Trent on where the deal stood. Just sold it.... Troy didnt even APOLOGIZE for what he did, and actually gave me passive aggressive crap about it. BIGGEST CHEATING SCUM BAG EVER! If you go to this dealership ONLY deal with Dan Sr. and Dan Jr..... DO NOT DEAL WITH TROY!!!! Trent actually quit after this whole mess!

To be honest, the information and impression I got was misleading and I felt like I got ripped off. I traded in a very reliable Toyota Avalon for a Toyota Corolla. I was told that the corolla runs great and there were no mechanical issues at all. I asked about fixing small things like replacing a really badly corroded battery terminal, and they told me that it was sold-as-is. After purchasing the car, the engine light came on and I have to spent time and money to figure out the cause. The mechanic told me the transmission pan is basically burnt and had not been changed for years. The battery died on me as well. Im really disappointed and sad that I went in this place and left with a car that has more problems than my original car. I would not recommend this place at all. This is the first time as a customer I felt I was genuinely robbed of my money.

I recently bought a 2001 Ford ranger from Premier Auto which ended up being one of the worst decisions of my life. The blinkers werent working and the passenger door handle was broken, but they fixed them both, so we thought we could trust that they take pride in the vehicles they sell. Turns out they dont. Immediately, the radio quit working. Then, after driving the truck less than 300 miles (280 to be exact) the transmission went out, so I called Premier Auto and they told me that since I had talked them down on the price (200 dollars on a 5000 dollar truck) any and all warranties were void: a policy of which they made no mention of the day I bought the vehicle. I would say maybe it was just an unfortunate accident, but after looking through the other reviews, too many others have shared my same experience. Dont risk it. Just go somewhere else.

The sales experience was okay. We found a good vehicle via KSL car advertisements. The test drive matched the description. We were happy enough with it that we bought it right. We got our 45 day temporary tag and understood that they would be filing everything. Sure things might be a little delayed because we bought on a Saturday before Thanksgiving. But we fully expected the plates and title to be in our hands before the temp tag expired. By the time New Years rolled around, we still hadnt seen anything. We called as soon as we could. Turns out, they had sat on the documents until we called. We didnt get our plates until the day after our temp tag expired. And our title is still coming because it takes additional time for that to be processed and reissued once the paperwork is filed.

Awful experience. The customer service is terrible. I waited a week to get a deal finalized for a vehicle. When I got a response, it was an excuse that they dont like to deal with out of state customers because of the headache it is for them. When I asked for the purchase order, I was given the run around on how theyre so busy and theres just two of them. When I asked for it to be sent quickly through email, they never sent it. I found the same vehicle, but in better condition for the same price 10 minutes away. I had a deal done and a car waiting for me within the day. Sorry Premiere Auto, you lost what Im sure is another customer. I would never recommend this dealership.

Horrible experience. If you choose to buy a car from them, avoid the "salesman" Max like the plague. Incredibly rude, happy to toss out personal insults (in front of your children, too), is deceitful, and outright lies to close a deal, then refuses to help after the deal is done. Also snuck in a quick little "sorry, we only offer a warranty if you pay our full asking price" AFTER paperwork was signed, and never gave me the promised key FOB. Ive since put $1,500 in a month getting the car up to snuff. Would never buy from this dealership again, especially Max. He treats all customers as if they dont matter the second papers have been signed.

Great Customer Service! I recently purchased a Ford F-250 from Premier Auto the other day, and it was a very good experience. I was able to look over the vehicle and take my time without any high pressure sales tactics. The loan process was quick and easy. After I got home, I noticed that a rear seat belt had been cut out by the previous owner. I called them up to ask about it and they said to bring it back in so they can get it fixed and replaced for me. I have purchased many vehicles in the past from other dealerships, and in most cases, I had been left high and dry after discovering something like this. I recommend these guys for sure.

I just bought a 2013 F-150 last month from Premier Auto. They also helped me sell my Jeep. Ive done business with Premier for over 7 years and have never had any complications. Ive also referred many personal friends and family to Troy. They are fair, knowledgeable and do not pressure. I will buy from them again! Reading through some of the reviews (and personal attacks) would lead me to believe there are two sides to the story on the negative reviews (based on my experience). My experience with Premier has been great and would recommend Premier to any future car buyer that doesnt want to experience the traditional used car salesman.
