Please take this review to the heart. Im usually not one to write a review, but this company has disappointed me Beyond relief. Im a Current customer, so if I can save you the frustration, it will be worth it. I dont have the best credit so I knew I wasnt going to get the Best deal in the world. The salesmen assured me and my wife that Chapmans will "help us build our credit" with their "in-house financing". We were also assured that we would be offered "the best deal" for our credit situation. After it was all said and done we got a 2005 Buick LeSabre at a value of $10,000 after the "in-house financing". In other words were paying 3times the actual value of the car!!! After more than a year of payments we are only down to a little over $9,000 on our loan! Thats cause only about HALF of your monthy payment actually go to the Principle. When we got into a financial bind after my wife went on unpaid maternity leave, we tried to see if we can defer a Single Payment. We were sent a 6pg application packet just to see if we "Qualified" for HELP!!! Thats how Chapmans treat paying customers! Instead of helping them, they want them to sign up for a Release and/or Verification form that NEVER EXPIRES. An Automated Recurring Payment Agreement. And pay a $25 processing fee. JUST To Help A Paying Customer Get Through Hard Times!! Not to mention an extra charge for paying on the Internet. 10 extra dollars for using a debit/credit card. I wouldnt recommend this place to my Worst Enemy. Chapmans is so bad, they wont even buy back the car they gave me! NO Other Dealership Will take this car as a trade-in because of the "in-house financing", that Im convinced its code name for "Rape your wallet financing". Please Do Not Fall For The Trap That Is Chapman Auto/CAG financing!!!!

Bought my first car last night BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN ASK FOR! They work with you and were very kind thank you guys so much. Update: Im truly unhappy I wish I would have waited to purchase a newer vehicle. It was cool at first because it is my first vehicle and anything beats walking in this Arizona heat with my new born baby and other two children. I have a 2006 and now stuck in a 3 year contract with a raggedy ass car. I was told I cant get a extended warranty by the mechanic who is RUDE and lied on the price of my oil change. Which now Im looking into getting a new mechanic. The car shut off RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET WITH MY CHILDREN IN THE VEHICLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION I was scared as hell and now nervous to even drive the raggedy ass thing. I bought this to the mechanics attention once before and he said he FIXED the problem "to make me happy" He didnt fix a thing from what I see. Said "oh we tightened up a few things" "the top for your gas wasnt closed" which I know damn well it was. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to close a gas lid when there is even directions on the damn thing telling you HOW! Then "maybe you used bad gas". I GO TO THE SAME PLACE ALL THE TIME AND MY TANK IS NEVER NO WHERE NEAR E!! I truly dont want this vehicle any more. Havent even had it six months and its already shutting off and causing me problems i know in the long run this vehicle will hurt my pockets. If it wouldnt affect my credit Ill give it back right now and go somewhere were I no my money will be well spent and the vehicle wont shut off.

I have been with Chapman for almost 4 Years now. When I financed the Vehicle that I am still in with them, I had just filed bankruptcy and had a car that had an engine that was about to completely give out on us with a baby due in less than a month. They not only took the car as a trade in, but only had to put another 500 down to get into my car. Considering the circumstances I got a great deal on payments, and have had no major issues with my car, other than the normal oil changes, and a few minor fixes to the engine due to wear and tear on the car over time. It is still running strong. The finance managers are great. They truly care, and want to get you the best deal possible without drowning you. This is a buy here pay here lot, meant for people who need a head start in building their credit, due to credit hardships in the past. You are going you will be paying more than what your vehicle is worth, however, if you make your payments on time, and you communicate when you are going through hardships financially they will help you. They did for me a few times during my loan. As far as buy here pay here dealerships are concerned, in my honest opinion and experience with others this is by far the best in the valley.

The WORST you will EVER encounter. The payment department is rude and disrespectful. I would never ever ever recommend anyone to Chapman Mesa or any other Chapman location. You are going to pay 3 times what the car is worth and have an embarrassing anti start device installed. Go ANYWHERE else. The worst experience Ive ever had with ANY company. Save yourself the stress and money, this company preys on people who are in a bad credit situation and makes it worse. Update: Thanks for the good advice, guy. I read the fine print it just says youre a predatory lender. Thanks bye.

Although I was told one thing over the very long email interaction with internet sales I was steered in another direction once I actually went in to purchase the car that I really wanted... My credit sucks and I know it does however these guys used my jib as my credit and got me into a Toyota Camry...it was the best misguided conversation I had ever taken part of. I want ti thank Anthony the internet sales person and Rocky he was amazing when it came to dealing with a down payment. I recommend this place for bad credit and first time car buyers..

Not good. I needed repairs to my truck and they deferred two payments and made me pay 25.00 processing fee and fill out a lot of forms. I had a Warrantee but the wanted 800 from me and they said it may be more. I had to pay a mechanic myself to fix the truck they wouldnt work with me . Even though I had played 1,700 for a Warrantee. Bernie was rude and I went three months without my truck running. Almost lost it. I still owe over 7,000 on a used truck after two years of payments on a truck that was 14000. I got screwed.

Bob & Joe were Great! I have had credit issues in the past but they have numerous financing options and were able to get me financed when others couldnt! I just purchased my second vehicle from Chapman Mesa, and after establishing positive credit from my first loan with them they were able to get me a much better interest rate the second time on my 2012 Fusion! I would recommend my family & friends to Chapman Mesa.

We went there looking for a car, we asked the salesman if we could test drive the one we are interested in he said when we were serious we could, so we left went a block down the road saw a car similar to the one they had, These people let us drive it and we bought it that same day paid in for it in full thats how serious we were. Will not suggest Chapman to anyone.
