If you live in the Salt Lake area and are looking for a car and arent buying new, you have to go to All Finance Auto. Heres why: We purchased our car about a year and a half ago. It came with a 1 year drive-train warranty and free oil changes for a year. Everyone knows how scary it can be to buy a used car and with 140,000 miles on ours, we worried, a lot. Weve had minor problems with it but nothing prepared us for a timing belt breaking last summer. The prior fixes would have been substantial by themselves, costing more in labor than in actual parts. Because of the warranty, the timing belts replacement and all other damage to the head of the engine was covered and free of charge but the best part of this car dealership has been that we have parts at COST and a FREE mechanic. YES, not one penny has been paid towards labor on any of the 4 times our car has been in the shop and weve paid less than $200 for the parts it took to fix it. Our warranty was up in December but they provide free labor and parts at cost for the life of our loan. Their philosophy is if they can help keep the car running, the customer keeps making their payments. I for one have never experienced this type of service or heard of it. We took our car in to Midas for an oil change last month and they diagnosed a broken control arm which they quoted us $175 for parts and $150 for labor...we just got the car back from our FREE mechanic and paid $77 for the part. NUFF said. -VERY satisfied customer-

I love the fact that it is so easy to be approved for a auto loan. They have friendly staff and sell excellent cars. The only issue I have with them is they say they will report to the credit bureaus every month but they dont. There have been multiple months when they skipped a month or 2. This would not be that big of deal, except I am trying to build credit for a home loan. They have not reported to experian since March 2013 and transunion since July 2013. It is now December 2013. I have called multiple times to find out what is going on, and all they tell me is they will look into it. I have tried to be patient, but 9 months of waiting is to long. I tried to call again today and left another message for the manager to call me. FYI he is the hardest person to get a hold of. The only way to have him call you back, is to call him every day until he calls you back. I will never go back through them for a car loan again!!

was in desperate need of a car when I decided to call All Auto Finance. Dealing with a divorce and a recent bankruptcy and a new residence I called and asked a few questions and asked about trying to apply and get any verifications to the dealer before i could come in on my lunch break to purchase the 2008 PT cruiser i had chosen online i went in $400 down and i left 47 minutes after i had walked in the door. The secretary was more than helpful & Tom Mitchell was so understanding and determined to get me out the door so I Wasnt late to work we signed paperwork and shook hands this company is a true buy here pay here. they are good cars i get an oil change as needed for life of the loan . an extended warranty and most important i am not taking the bus any longer . thanks . To the team at all auto finance.. i love my car.

I have to thank All Finance Auto. They have helped me so very much. My husband recently became disabled and we are now in the wait portion of SSD. As you all know its between 16 to 18 months before you get a hearing date. We lost his income but added the expense of him seeing doctors. All Finance worked with me to take care of the 2 vehicles we have so that we werent overburdened with payments in this situation allowing us to keep both vehicles. Thank you to All Finance Auto. From now on it wont matter if I have enough to purchase a vehicle from a major car dealer. I will always purchase my vehicles from All Finance Auto. I could buy a car sight unseen and know that the car I get will be in GREAT shape. Ive never had a problem with any vehicle Ive bought from there.

Me and my husband have been going through All Finance Auto now for almost a year, they have an extremely friendly staff and I love the services they offer. They love to take care of the cars long after u drive it off the lot! No where else would fix a transmission with out blinking an eye, or trying to get something out of it for themselves.THESE GUYS STAND UP FOR THEIR SERVICE! One year of free oil changes. Who else does that....I mean really does that? Love u and ur people....Dont ever change All Finance. :)

Mike was very helpful and all around awesome. We went to several lots and was told over and over we would have to put thousands down and Mike was nowhere near that price. He worked with us on the down payment and got the payments where we needed then so we could still live comfortably. I bought a car from them last year and still making payments i will never buy a car here again for a car valued at $3,500 i am being chargered $9,000 i tried to refinance through my bank but i was not able to because they said i owe more then what the car is worth the ladies word where as follows i dont know how they can get away with chargering you like that it should be against the law but they know they can so they do

I have had many car experiences with different dealerships. An by far this is the best one. Every single time Ive ever had a concern or issue, they have promptly addressed it without adding any stress to myself. Never have I been treated so well.
