My experience here seems like its riding right in the middle, so Ill be as honest as I can. The sales associates, when I went, were helpful and friendly. They werent pushy, they made sure they understood exactly what we were looking for, and then gave us a list of deals based on the criteria. We came in with a car already in mind, and rather than trying to push us to get a more expensive car they actually showed us a few they thought would fit us better for the same or lower prices. They paid for a carfax report, but it didnt work. No issues, they just re-purchased it so that we would know for sure if it had a clean title. The car was a 2001 Nissan Altima, already ~ 10 years old when we got it, with less than 90k miles. They sold it to us for about $6,000, and replaced the battery and a belt when we pointed out that the battery had low charge and the belt was a little cracked without complaint. I understand it was an older car, but the piece was apparently not as well maintained as they led us to believe. Within 2 years of purchasing it, I had already replaced the radiator, gaskets, and spark plugs because they completely broke. After 3 years, vacuum hoses, knock sensor and diaphragm had all gone out. I paid off the car quickly but was soon racking in replacement and repair costs that heavily outweighed what I spent in monthly payments for the dang thing, and they were generally less than helpful when I tried to ask them about repairs. In summary: The associates are awesome. The vehicles are suckish.

Ive never had to leave a place of business because I have feared for my safety until yesterday at TW where their GM Ryan got in my face using a barrage of expletives. The more I tried to tell him to calm down and relax so I could give him my point of view the louder and more hostile he became. Even Toni chimed in but I couldnt make out what he said as I assume a man who was the owner was busy getting in my face too, verbally accosting me even more so than Ryan. Within 3 weeks and a nod over a dozen trips up the canyon the engine blew up.(The thermostat was obviously not working either). TW was amazing and met me halfway with a repair. I was impressed with them at this point but then when I got the van back another 3 weeks later the 89K mile engine I was promised turned out to have 128k miles. I was more anxious to get my transportation back than annoyed, so as per usual I didnt make a big deal about it and just wanted to be done with it. Radiator cracked yesterday and when I went in to see if I could get my money back or Id be forced to share my experience(I was planning on the good and the bad) on review forums the blow up happened. I gave them the benefit of the doubt right up until I was lied to(which turned out to be multiple times; this could have been even more long winded). When I called them out on it they showed their true characters. They claimed they bent over backwards for me. If thats the case, how come Im still feeling bent over?

Wonderful buying experience we recently had with salesman Dave B! Wed been searching for quite awhile for a Jeep for our daughter who was making her first vehicle purchase. It was a lot of money she had saved and we wanted to make sure she got a great deal for all her hard work. We are out of state buyers and were nervous about making a 5 hour trip on a vehicle we had only seen online. Dave understood and was friendly, responsive, didnt pressure us and made sure we were taken care of when we arrived. The transaction was easy and straight forward. No hidden fees or surprises at all! Wish everyone could have a great experience like this and we are thankful Dave made this memorable for our daughter! Thanks again Dave.

With it being my first car buying experience, T W Auto made me feel comfortable and most importantly, relaxed. I was very nervous at first with making this choice, yet they explained and answered every question I presented. After test driving the car and going over a few finance things, I was signing papers and driving off the lot in my new car in no time! They are a down to earth bunch who make you feel like you have known them forever. They are straight forward and I never felt pressured into buying something I didnt want. I couldnt of asked for a better experience in buying a car and I dont see myself buying my next car anywhere else while I live in Utah.

This place is pretty refreshing. I purchased a car from TW Auto and they had me sign an as is contract ....made me a little nervous, but they assured me that they would take care of me. After I took my car I started having issues. I spoke with Tom about it and immediately they helped me set up repairs! They took care of everything for me despite the as is contract. Damage was unfortunately done to the vehicle during the repairs and they took care of that as well. These guys have that old school feel where their word is worth something. That means a lot now days!! I would recommend them and would also work with them myself in the future! Stand guys!!

These guys arent your any ordinary dealership where they presure you into a vehicle. Hank sold me and my husband a dodge caliber which Im in love with and we had it for a couple days and the transmission light came on Sunday and I had to keep pulling over because the car would start to slow itself down, well I took it in Monday and they fixed it so I would feel safe in it again. I highly recommend you visit them for your next vehicle purchase. Thank you Hank, Brady, david, and Ryan for taking care of my family. You guys are truly amazing Ill be sending people your way that are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Horrible experience. We made a trip up to test drive a car for our daughters 16th birthday and her first car. We waited and waited with both sales associates helping other people. We expressed our interest and verbally agreed to come back up the next day to purchase the car. The next day, I called and spoke the sales associate, Shane, who informed me that someone had bought the car that morning. I believe that they were making the deal, while we were waiting, with no consideration of telling us what was going on. I would not suggest purchasing a vehicle from T W Auto Sales. Back to square one. Thanks.

The best buying experience Ive had in a long time! I have bought many vehicles from different dealers, and these guys are some of the best Ive ever dealt with. Id have no problem referring my friends and family to them. In regards to the negative comments below... please remember that you are purchasing a USED VEHICLE! There is no way to know if or when a problem may happen. Ask yourself this, if you sold your car to someone else (in good working order) and a month or two later the transmission went out, would you cover the $1,500 - $2,000 in repair costs for the person you sold it to?
