Our deal took 3 months to get approved and they ended up holding our plates in turn causing us to get our car impounded. They were nice enough to give us a loaner car but we had to give them $300 toward our impound fee and then they made us wait for an hour while they got the "vehicle ready" but never really checked the vehicle out. My gf took the car out of town and it broke down and they pointed their fingers at us and said it was our fault for driving it far and we were only supposed to use the vehicle to drive in town. Well nobody ever told us that so when we brought that up they said we were the stupid ones who should have had enough common sense to only drive it in town and that theres no way they could have predicted it would break down. It was impossible to get ahold of Ed who is the owner and when we did he said we could have our money back. When we went to pick up the money he only gave us $200 back saying he had to charge us $100 since the car broke down. All in all a nice salesperson Josh but a sh**ty dealership. I can think of dozens of dealerships that would be better to buy from. Stay away from go auto sales. The whole buying experience was terrible to say the least.

Its not often I find myself leaving a review for a car dealer. I worked with Josh and Ed. Both were great to work with. The entire process was simple and straight forward. Ed did not play any games and even said go to your credit union as they will give you a better rate than I can. That was the biggest surprise as car dealers can add a point or 2 on the loan and make money that way. Ed and Josh just do not BS and waste your time. I have a great car and the process from trade to purchase was the easiest deal I have made. And I have bought and sold a lot of cars.

Go Auto Sales, youre truly a life saver! The Sales man that helped me was Josh P. and Im so grateful! He got my husband and I in a 2012 Dodge Avenger and we love it! Not only is the car awesome, Josh went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. We have a baby on the way, so this is why Im so grateful. I had a great experience at go auto, I first delt with Josh over the phone, he assured me a quick and painless process. I drove 35minutes to Mesa. Met with Josh, found the car I wanted. Then Met with ED and he processed me quick and easy just like I was promised. I couldnt have been treated better. I recommend Go Auto to anyone.

I didnt even want to give them 1 star ! Theyre horrible. We got a car from then and it was such a lemon. Then when we took it back to have it fixed not only did they take forever but every time we called to check on it no one knew anything. Staff is rude. I would not recommend them to anyone. Just a complete messy company

I needed a car real bad. I tried several other car lots in Mesa and Phoenix, but they could not get me approved with my special situation. I found Go Auto online and they were able to get me approved and driving in just a few hours. So far the car is running great and Im happy.
