I went in to Millenium Auto feeling hopeless. I had a bad experience with my first car purchase from a big name dealership, and the car I bought went up in flames and I lost my deposit and a years worth of payments. I drove a couple of cars at Millenium, and fell in love with a Honda Civic. (I like that they let me take the cars out on my own. I like to experience the car without someone talking my ear off the whole time.) Randy took the time to talk to my mother who is out of state and assure her that the car is safe for me. I have terrible credit from the first car purchase. He and Brad talked to multiple banks in order to get me approved without a cosigner with a very low interest rate. They were able to keep my monthly payments low even after purchasing a warranty and gap insurance. I spent around 4 hours at the dealership and felt no pressure from them to buy. A month after my purchase (Feb 2016) my battery died and they replaced it at no cost to me. I walked in, told them what happened, and I had a new battery within a half hour. Today (May 2016) after getting an oil change, the shop I went to recommended that I get two new tires, as they were wearing low. I called Brad and he set me up to get two brand new tires at no cost. The guys at Millenium truly care about customer satisfaction and safety. They are there to answer my silly questions, and show no hesitation when I need help. I cant express how grateful I am to have purchased my car from them.

These guys are outstanding. Weve purchased several used cars in our lives and not one has been better or showed a commitment to customer satisfaction like they have. We were recently in the market for a large vehicle for our family and found the "perfect" car for us in Milleniums listings at AutoTrader. We submitted the paperwork online, and due to some imperfections, it was taking some time for financing to be arranged. When the offer came through it was not as good as another offer wed received on a different vehicle elsewhere, so I let Millenium know that although they were our first choice not just due to the car but all their hard work, wed have to pass. Did they move on? No! They doubled down and found an even better offer for us to make our purchase a reality with the hour! We purchased an amazing car in terrific shape for an unbeatable deal. And I almost forgot - they even had a small issue completely taken care of before we purchased the car! Whenever were in the market for another vehicle to replace our 2nd car, this will be my first stop. Make them yours. Totally worth the drive and time - they actually do give you every bit of the real 100%. Thank you, Randy, Chris and Brad!

I was losing hope of finding a car, since we had credit issues and so on. And coming to millennium my worries began to disappear. Not only is there staff super friendly, they do anything in their power to help you. Randy worked super hard to get us into the Honda civic we wanted. It took a while to receive the car since it had to go to Honda for a recall fix,and throughout that time I contacted Randy several times being quite impatient and Randy was super friendly and helpful not once was he rude or seemed to be bothered. Finally received the car and Randy did a good job explaining the contract and warranty information. And he answered all of my silly dumb questions. After I left the lot later that day i tried my horn for a silly victory happy honk I noticed my horn was not working. I called Randy and he said to bring it by on Monday. I took it and they fixed it right away (at no cost) and were very friendly,they answer all of your questions and make you feel very confident about your purchase. I can definitely say that the crew at millenium truly care about whats best for their customers and their safety.I would recommend going to Millenium before shopping elsewhere.

I bought a car from Paul Jones and I trusted him that the car had been serviced properly before buying the car. I was out of state and had read reviews and he seemed like a trustworthy dealer. After I purchased the car and it was delivered, the interior of the car was filthy. I took it to my mechanic and it needed an oil change, spark plugs, brake fluid and brakes. I called Paul to alert him to the car maintenance issues and he told me that the brake noises were common because the car had not been driven for a while. I was disappointed that I had to pay all these out of pocket expenses. I emailed Paul asking to help compensate me for some of the maintenance expenses I had since I just got the car. He never acknowledged or responded to me. A few weeks later the battery died. I emailed Paul again asking for him to compensate me for the battery replacement and I sent him the bill. I felt he should have done the necessary maintenance on the car before selling it to a consumer. It was not done and i just wanted one of these bills reimbursed. He again did not respond or acknowledge my concern. I would not recommend buying a car from him at all!

I have been slowly looking for a used car the past 8 months and have done a fair amount of shopping/research at the big and small dealerships, and even on craiglist. I take my time and do not mind if the car I want is sold. Brad gets that and every time I have stopped by to test drive and talk, he has been professional and friendly, answering all of my questions and is no nonsense. He understands that I have concerns and do not want to be in debt with a lemon. Finally a real person, not a robo car salesmen that will say and do anything and drive you crazy with phone calls. I have not bought a car yet, but I am sure it is going to be from Brad at Millennium. Their customer service is excellent and he is straight forward, no pressures kind of guy. Due to my hesitation, a vehicle that I really liked was just sold. but I know the quality that comes in so I am not worried. Due to Brads patients and customer service, I will be back and will finally purchase a vehicle from them.

My husband and I went to Millenium Auto Network to look at a car that we found on a third party website. The car wasnt all that we had hoped, but Randy helped us find a car that was a better fit and even a better price. He let us test drive the car without hassling us with paperwork or anything like that. He is truly an upstanding guy and does honest business. In the end, we bought the car and Randy also bought our current car for a great price - very close to what we could have sold it for if we had wanted to go through the hassle of private selling. Randy gave us time to think about our decision and respected our need to discuss matters privately before letting him know what we decided. He detailed the car beautifully and took car of all minor maintenance issues before giving us the keys. If we could do business with him every time we needed to buy a car, we would do it in a heartbeat. We cant recommend Millenium Auto Network highly enough!
