Best car buying experience ever! My brother referred me to Steve at Dealerworld and said hes an awesome guy with great deals. He really makes sure to take care of his customers in every way, and hell give you that WOW experience because he does most his business from referrals. Youll definitely want to refer him to everyone you know because hes that good! I totaled my car, so I needed to get a new car. When I went to Dealerworld, he wasnt there because he was out sick for the day. The phone # was listed on the door, so I gave him a call and he still answered his phone.. He always answered his phone every time I called without it going to voicemail. Hes so chill too, and I love that!! I told him the kind of car I was looking for on the phone, and so he had his car Detailer that was there get me the keys, and a license plate to test drive a car, and he hadnt even met me yet! He listened to everything I said I was looking for in a car, and so the car I test drove is the car that I bought! I let him know I needed to return my car rental because my insurance was done paying for it, and Id have to start paying for it. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of, so he let me take the car I test drove and return the car rental until we could complete the financing the next day. On top of that, the car was an AMAZING price, below retail when I looked up the value. I am super happy with my car and the whole experience! My car is fully loaded with sunroof, and I was able to get all of that in the car because of the great price! I got it for the price range and monthly payment that I wanted to maintain for my budget, which was so great, because it has all the features I want in my car with the leather, heated seats, back-up camera, keyless entry and push start, and sunroof! If youre looking for a car, you should definitely talk to Steve! He will make sure youre taken care of and help you find the perfect car! When its time to upgrade or get a new car, I am definitely going back to Steve at Dealerworld!

Steve and Karen have been exceptional to work with. I manage a small business and needed to buy a vehicle for our business for an employee in another state. I had been scouring the internet looking for the best possible deal. I had heard great things about Dealer World so I stopped by to see if Steve could find me the car I was looking for. Steve did not have that specific car in stock that I was looking for but was able to find one for me within a matter of minutes. Not only did he find the car I wanted, but he also found it for much cheaper than a similarly priced car on the internet. It also had lower miles than any of the cars I had been considering purchasing. The purchase transaction was flawless and Steve and Karen have been available to take any calls I have made since the purchase. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle Dealer World should be your first and last stop. 11/11/15 I cant say enough about the service of Dealer World. This is now the second car in 6 months I have bought from dealer world. This time the purchase was for a personal vehicle. I met with Steve for over an hour at his office while he found the exact car I wanted. The care was brand new with only 1000K miles still under Factory Warranty. I had been looking at buying brand new, but Steve blew the price out of the water. I save thousands of dollars working with Steve and Karen. I even traded my vehicle into Steve that had some mechanical problems and he was more than fair with the trade in value. I highly suggest anyone looking for a car, new or used, talk to Steve before you buy anything else. I have not been able to find pricing for the specific cars I have purchased anywhere close to what Steve has been able to do for me.

I think this will be a little different review than normal because Id be lying if I said that everything has gone smoothly with the Lincoln Navigator I bought from Steve. The engine has been replaced and as we speak the transmission is getting fixed. However, I could not be happier with the customer service Steve and his General Manager Wattie have given me. Steve had the Navigator checked out by two separate service centers before selling me the Navigator and both places said it was in perfect condition. However, a couple days after buying it the engine started shaking. I could go into more detail about the problems it had but the important part is that Steve took care of me. He gave me a car to drive while it was being fixed and even paid for the new engine! I really could have been in some serious trouble if Steve hadnt followed through and backed up the car he sold me. I cant think of anything more comforting about buying a car than to know that the person I bought it from will take care of any problems I have with it. I will be going back to Steve in the future and buyers be comforted, Steve and Wattie will take care of you!

My wife and I had the worst experience buying a car with Steve. He actually sold us the car, papers were signed, and then he told us to do all the legwork of actually getting the loan. He is very unprofessional. He constantly told us how long hes been in the business and has all these connections, but when it came down to it he didnt do anything to help us get that car. In the end, we couldnt get the rate that he promised us, after we had been driving the car for two weeks, so we had to clean it out and give it back to him. We actually just filled up the gas tank and we werent reimbursed. As hard as it is to buy a car, it was just made a thousand times harder trying to jump through all the loops he threw at us. I would definitely never go back there. He is the quintessential used car salesman, telling you anything to sell a car.

I am so glad the Mail Man told me I should go see Steve! I have had a great experience buying a car from Steve! He told me he would take care of me and he has! As a female you pretty much know walking on to a car lot, there is a good chance someone will try and take advantage of you. This was not the case with Steve at Dealer World. He was upfront and honest, and has carried through with all his promises! 3 days after driving off the lot in the dark, I noticed there was a crack in the wind shield. After calling Steve, an hour later we were at a glass shop getting a new wind shield free of cost! Any question I have with the car, I have called Steve and he has either known the answer or helped me find a solution. I know I can count on him. Thanks Steve! and Thanks Mail Man!
