Absolutely horrible!!! I called to ask if they had a particular brand of soda. Simple right? I was told by the first person I cant look Im busy, the second person just transferred me and the third person put me on hold for 47 and a half minutes!!!!!!! I literally got in my car, drove from River Falls to Stillwater and looked myself while I was still holding!!! At this point it was sheer curiosity how long I would be holding. At 47 minutes I finally had to clock in at work. Horrible customer service!! It does not take 47 minutes to walk to the soda aisle!! Terrible customer treatment!! Terrible!!

Im going to be honest.... I LOVE CUB FOODS. But this particular location is LOADED with RASIST employees from the cart gathereres, to the cashiers. I hate that I moved to this area and this is the only one close to my home. I NEVER.... EVER let my children come inside with me and its saddening. Horrible place!!!!! Darrell Parker

I got charged 2 for cucumbers. One was really a cucumber but then I got charged for 2 more. The 2 more were actually corn on the cob so I really got overcharged. Didnt realize this until I got home. You always have to watch the cashier so this doesnt happen. Otherwise visit was very good. Easy to find what I came in for.

I had noticed the doughnuts went up in price, but the doughnuts keep getting smaller and smaller. You go to any other cub and there long johns and actually long (and fat) same with the bear claws. And the other doughnuts. I love cub, but this one needs some work on their employees and quality standard

First they got rid of the carts kids could ride in front on (the car with two steering wheels)... then they got rid of the cart that two kids could sit next to each other on (the oreo carts)... so now there are no carts that kids can ride in. We dont shop at cub anymore for our family of 5.

Another remodel and the freezer cases are still in the middle of the store. Frozen foods need to be moved to where the paper products have been. Now, picking up frozen food and then shopping for the rest of the groceries causes the frozen food to melt.

Clean place and food are good (not all the time). Employees needs to work on their attitudes and do their job better. Please do not overweight the food or overcharge customer. Thank You!!!!
