I purchased Deans French onion dip tonight from this store and got home to find out it is completely rotten and not good even though the expiration date on it is May 15, 2016. I called and asked if I could please come exchange it since I was just there 10 minutes prior and considering the circumstances. Even though I would arrive only 1 minute after they were supposed close I was told that I was not allowed to exchange it until the next day even though I was using for my dinner tonight. All because the child that was working told me at 10:55 that he was already locking the door and clocked out... They dont close until 11. That is not supposed to happen! There is no reason the employee couldnt have waited 2 minutes after to close to exchange it even though I have always worked in customer service and know that you never get out of the store right at the time it you close because of all the closing that needs to be done and if a customer walks in right on the dot of closing or calls with something like that, you wait to resolve the solution! Im so frustrated and I promise I will never shop here over Walmart again. Haha, Family "Fresh" my ass.

Overall a great grocery store with the best selection in the area. They have a great section of organic/natural foods and products. Lots of good deals often and I continue to go here for my grocery needs. However, a couple of times they have mischarged me and once I purchased a milk-based beverage that had gone completely bad because it was not in an enclosed refrigeration unit like regular milk. I cannot give less than 5 stars just because of these two minor incidents, however. They also host tons of local fundraising groups, giving them the opportunity to bag groceries to earn money. I think this is amazing and shows they are a "true" staple of the community. Oh, and there is a Caribou Coffee in case you are sleepy and need to do lots of shopping.

Over priced and expired/rotten products with every purchase. Ive made the mistake of shopping here on several occasions because I hate Walmart. Considering the prices, I assumed the products wouldnt be expired. I was wrong. My fault for not checking dates I guess. Last time I bought some Motts apple slices that werent expired, but when I ate a few I discovered that they were spoiled and sour tasting. Gave me food poisoning. I think they need to keep a better eye on their expiration dates and cooler temperatures. The only thing Im buying there anymore is meat.

Three years in a row I havent been able to order my daughters birthday cake because apparently nobody in the store can take a cake order on a weekend, and the bakery has no employees. Then I use self checkout, my 3 year old has a bag of marshmallows. I scan them and hand them back to her. The cashier monitoring the self checkouts rips them out of her hand and accuses me of not paying for them. The worst customer service ive ever experienced.

Great local grocery store that carries natural and Organic products. Nice clean, wide isles. Love the selection and butcher option for fresh cuts of meat. Prices can be a bit high for competitive items carried at other stores. I really am enjoying the self check-out that was just installed. It is helping with line back ups. Also the only place in town that offers water without fluoride. Just glad someone does!

Good prices, friendly staff, good coupons, and interesting deals tucked away in the back clearance section. When they are sold out of a good deal you can always get a raincheck. (I dont however recommend their pharmacy; the perscription printouts are not very encompassing, their staff is only so so, and they dont have the pharmacist come talk to you when you pick up a prescription.)

They have been allowing our german group to bag at there location for years now, and I am happy to bag for them. The management is always nice, the workers are always talkative. I love this little organized and clean store. Did you know that it has a Caribou Coffee inside? Their selection of organic foods and potted plants are great and I appreciate the yes card deals too! The only problem is that their vegetables and fruits arent always fresh. I find better fresh food at Wal-Mart...

Employees were very mean when it came to each other, prices were okay. The only thing good here is Caribou, The Lady and gentlemen at the counter every morning is always very sweet, hardworking and courteous !.

ALL of the employees were so helpful and kind! I wasnt sure how an item in the produce department was and he cut it out for samples to try. I loved it and I ended up buying one. Excellent customer service

A little pricey on some items but absolutely the best meat selection around. Very high quality, great service and they have what you cant find at other stores. Will always and only get our meat there.

Usually a pretty quick in and out unless you go on Tuesdays which happens to be senior discount day. Got to watch the product dates though on any of the fresh things milk, dairy, meat, ect...

Employees are very helpful, do not like their trend toward self-checkout and less service. This is supposed to be a high end store. If I wanted no service I would go to Walmart or Aldi.

Deli fried chicken is the best around. Make sure to jokingly ask the cook "is the chicken fresh" it is always fresh, but she loves it when you ask that.......lol

Great grocery store with a lot of options. They have a fresh meat market with a wide variety of different meats. Theres also a deli and a coffee bar inside.

Family fresh pricing is a bit more than Walmart so that sucks but they have a much larger selection than walmart
