I like your store a lot...but there is one employee there that in my opinion should not be in contact with your customer base. I would ignore one bad experience, but not multiple experiences. So I need to get this out there. Today (08/20/17) at approx. 10:00 a.m. I shopped for groceries at your 585-Northtown store location. Once again I was in a check-out lane where Melissa B. (heavy set woman with glasses and thining hair) was the cashier. I said, "good morning" with a smile, her reply..."you got a Cub Card?". When my items were totaled up I looked at the total on the screen before writing the amount on my check. She snapped out the total , "its $####.##!!". I just glanced at the screen to verify, I was not questioning her, but she seemed to think I had insulted her by looking. She seemed very unhappy to be there and wanted everyone to know it. This is not the first time Ive had to deal with her bad attitude. She was also quite rude and abrupt with the gentleman in front of me. I should have changed check-out lanes but the other lines were longer...I wonder why...hmmmm. Going forward I will wait in a line 10 customers deep in order to avoid her toxic attitude. Please transfer her to a position where she is not in direct contact with your customers. You will undoubtedly make more customers than just me very happy.

Wish I could give zero stars. Saw someone park in the handicap parking with no sticker and no plates. Went inside to tell customer service. Their reply was, "there is nothing we can do. You have to call the police yourself." So Cub Foods does NOT care about people with disabilities and refuses to do anything about it. That person working customer service could have called the police just as easily as a customer, isnt that what "customer service" means?... So they expect us to do their job for them. I guess they just dont give a rip about people, just profit. Shame on you all.

Worst cub ever! Half the selection of a normal cub and the worst service ever! I came in at 9:05pm and asked the lady for 2 kabobs, she tells me the meet section closed at 9, it would have taken her two seconds to grab them, they were right in front of me but she was to lazy to even pretend to be helpful! Worst customer service ever and ill never r go back to that tiny dump!

There are three Cub Foods stores within five minutes of my house. Theyre all good but I use the Northtown store because its right on my way to most every place I go. Its a great store! Staff is friendly and helpful, its clean and well stocked, the parking lot litter is picked up, and the eating area always looks good.

Lots of near expiring meat! Ive always shopped at cub foods in the various places Ive lived and this one is my least favorite. Not for any reason except old food. Ive bought milk, bread, meats and eggs that were almost expired several times but didnt notice til I got home. Never experienced this at any other cub. :(

Was terrible.....customer service counter was very rude. Waited 5 minutes at the meat dept for service while the employee was talking to someone and still got no help. Will never go back....ill stick to HyVee....a lot nicer.

Nice enough store but always SEVERELY understaffed, especially at the checkout lanes. I dont know if its the store itself or the big wigs in corporate who wont hire and schedule enough people, but its ridiculous.

My trusted stop for groceries. Easy to get what I need but can be slow to check out. Seems like there arent enough lanes open. Theres also a lot of pedestrian traffic so parking can bit.

More expensive than other Cubs because of the low income area. Decent variety, but any deals go way too quick. Never shop here near beginning of the month.
