I came in last Saturday for a funeral arrangement. Schaaf floral did a nice job back in 2012 for my motherss funeral. I have to say that I was extremely disappointed when I went to the church and saw my flowers. It looked like the flowers were just thrown in a vase. I really thought for a $100.00 it would be much better. It looked like a spray which I specifically told them I did not want. The arrangement was poor. It had 5 sunflowers,5 roses which looked like they were about to die. I also did not like the color of the roses. There were also I believe daises or mums and one white Hydrangea on the bottom. There were some tall delphiniums I believe.I think I could have done better arranging them. The only thing I can think of as to why I was so disappointed is because of Valentines Day the next day so I know you were very busy. Unfortunately,I will never use your flower shop again. Such a stark difference from 2012! Amy C.

My husband sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers of red roses and stargazer lilies for our 2 year anniversary. On day 2 of having the flowers my stargazer lilies were starting to wilt. I went on their website and completed a form telling them what was going on with my lilies. They contacted me via the phone within a half hour of submitting my concern. They had new lilies to me THAT day. The next day these lilies are already beginning to wilt but Schaaf Floral had already emailed me checking up on the flowers they sent. I sent them a picture of the wilting lily and they called me within the hour they will be sending me brand new bouquet of flowers next week. I would also like to note that the roses are still in perfect shape they have not wilted AT ALL. Even though my stargazers didnt last long I would HIGHLY recommend this company to order flowers. They made me as the customer the priority. They will get my business again!

John & I moved to Fridley in 1970, the same year Marcia opened Schaaf Floral, and Ive been a customer ever since. Their floral arrangements are always so lovely and unique. They have a wonderful selection of gifts and cards for every season and for every occasion. Ive purchased gifts there for everyone from the very young to the young at heart as well. Whenever Ive needed centerpieces for our Lions Club dinners or other functions, Marcia always takes the time to help figure out what would be the best for our theme or color scheme. They also have a nice variety of food items for parties and treats (great chocolates!) Marcia & Bud are very active members in our community, so they know a lot of the people, and reach out to those who need a little cheering up or lend whatever other kind of support they might need. Theyre the BEST!

If you are looking for something fun and different---go to Schaaf Floral. The store is absolutely lovely--lots and lots of wonderful ideas for gifts for yourself or for others.From jewelry, to candles, to scarves to garden and kitchenware--they have a little of everything! It not only smells wonderful the second you walk in, there are all sorts of fun things to look at--in addition to all the wonderful plants and flowers. I once ordered a beautiful center arrangement for the holidays (for a gift for my mother in law)--asking Marcia to just "come up with whatever she thought" and it was spectacular--an arrangement of three square vases with flowers and greenery. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and I would trust them completely for any type of arrangement I needed. Take the time to stop in. Well worth the trip!

Funerals are a depressing time, we all want our final words and last moments talking about our loved one to be remembered with fondness. Picking out a florist for arranging something so, final, should be done carefully so you dont get thinned out leftovers or half dead arrangements. Schaaf Floral does a wonderful job making their arrangements stand out. Out of dozens of arrangements, theirs was the one that took looked the nicest and the prices were well in line with what was received. Pick a budget you are willing to spend, and the colors you would like included and they go to work doing what they do best. (I had no idea what would look good together! Haha) Very impressive work. I met Bud at a networking event and he touted how good Schaaf Floral was. On Feb 13th I found myself in a bind (day before Valentines day) with no plan. I know that the flower business is booming at this time and I was sure that I was too late to get flowers delivered the next morning and I was apparently wrong. I called Schaaf Floral and was greeted warmly, I did not have an idea of what I wanted, so I left that up to the professionals. I was exceptionally surprised when Bud delivered a beautifully arranged bouquet of flowers to my girlfriends place of work (which is across town from the flower shop). My girlfriend received many compliments on the flowers and kept me in good graces. VERY SATISFIED and will recommend them to everyone I know.

We send their wonderful flower arrangements to friends, family, and clients, all over the country, but especially in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. In fact they did the flowers for our wedding. The flowers are always fresh, creative, and much appreciated by the people we send them to. They have expanded into other gift areas, which are great, but we stick to the flower arrangements, because they are always stunning. Schaaf Floral is amazing !!! When my mother in law passed away unexpectidly, we were so busy making arrangements, informing family etc that the night before the wake, we realized my husband & I forgot flowers. Schaaf Floral came to the rescue and the arrangement was the showcase piece in the room. It was so beautiful that is was also placed in front of the alter for the funeral service too. Sine the church would not allow the any floral arrangements to stay after funerals, and fort snelling liimited us to the casket flowers, we then gave the arrangement to Camila Rose where they enjoyed it for another 2 weeks.
