Chez completely ripped us off. On the day of the wedding they offered us an "X" amount of money and we totally agreed and we did not think of the flowers anymore since it was already agreed upon. So during the wedding day itself they came and asked for an additional $5,000 for some expenses that they oversaw. I was shocked and angry and when I said "how come you only said this now" the guy replied with "Look lady, pay up or we leave". After a bad back and forth with this guy we eventually agreed since they were threatening to leave and we would be left without flowers. This is the worst experience in my life. When we paid they started snickering. The whole event when I saw one of them it was awkward and I couldnt wait for them to leave. So please, sign a contract in paper before dealing with these swindlers. We lost a good amount of money and I dont want other people losing theirs as well. Chez more like Shiester.

I quickly wanted to find a unique floral arrangement for my sisters birthday who lives/works in the Minneapolis area (I am in Green Bay). This was one of the highest rated and I found an item that I was exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service is amazing. Seeing that she works at a large company they reached out to me to find out her specific department, so that her flowers did not just sit after they were dropped off. They also sent me a text message (I specifically asked) when they were delivered! 100% completely satisfied and thank you for having exceptional customer service. I will definitely utilize them again in the future! GREAT JOB and THANK YOU!

My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentines Day, and when I heard about how great their customer service was I couldnt believe it. Im a student and have a pretty inflexible schedule. They agreed to deliver the flowers on Saturday to my work between 8-11 since we close at noon; the catch is they didnt start delivering until 12 on Saturday but wanted to help a guy out. After a last minute change in schedule, they delivered my bouquet before 5 pm on Friday even though they were swamped! My boyfriend lives in Iowa and they really hooked him up. Apparently he saved them in his phone as "my flower place!" Not to mention, the arrangement is gorgeous!

My daughter lives in Minneapolis. I live in Wisconsin. Her 21st birthday is today and of course I procrastinated in ordering her flowers. I called first thing in the morning. The young lady I spoke with was so sweet and polite. She said "of course we can deliver today". I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted to order. I asked for a wild flower bouquet. She said they had some beautiful flowers that they could put together for me. They were delivered before she had to leave for work. The text I received was"OMG THANK YOU FOR THE BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!!! They smell so good!" Thank you Chez Bloom!! I definitely recommend using their services!!

I live out of state and wanted an arrangement delivered to a hospital, for my mother, who had gone in on a emergency over the weekend. I was told the delivery drivers had left at 1130 am and it was now 1:00 pm central time and would be delivered the next day. Said thanks but no thanks as i wanted some delivered that day. Whomever i was speaking too ( wish i had gotten their name) said theyd make it happen even if he had to deliver them himself. Two hours later received a text with pictures from my sister. The flowers were in my Moms room. Beautiful arrangement and extraordinary customer service. Great job by this shop!!!

Chez Bloom is hands down the most innovative and reasonably priced florist in MN. They are very talented and create the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. Ive had them deliver flowers three times this past year, sometimes on short notice and they have been willing to accommodate me every time. You will not be disappointed. Also, I recommend telling them to create the "designers choice." You tell them what you want to spend, and they will create a bouquet that will be truly beautiful using the best of what they have in stock. Once you order from Chez Bloom once, you will never order from anywhere else again.

I called from out-of-state needing flowers delivered to Ft. Snelling cemetery on Labor Day. These folks were so kind and caring. The flowers were delivered first thing Labor Day morning, and they even sent me a photograph to show that they had been delivered and were placed at the correct gravesite. The flowers were beautiful, exactly what I had hoped for. They went above and beyond to not only deliver on a holiday, but to call the cemetery ahead of time to get exact directions. They could not have been more helpful. They will be my go-to florist in the Minneapolis area from now on. Highly recommend!!

Nathalie and Tony are the best in the business! It was such a pleasure working with them, they truly treat everyone with respect and genuinely care about you and your "big day". I was referred to Chez Bloom through a friend who had a wedding in 2015, I was ecstatic that I was able to book them and work with them. Nathalie emailed me, called me, and texted me throughout the wedding process just to make sure everything was perfect... and it was! We live in OREGON but have close business ties in Mpls/St.Paul. During the course of a year, we have needed to extend our appreciation to these professionals...doing so with personalized floral arrangements. Over a four year period we have relied solidly upon Chez Blooms staff and their expertise to fill these requests. The "Thank yous" we receive from the recipients are glowing and awesome. I recently ordered flowers from Chez via phone last minute. The person on the phone was very helpful and informative. I am no always the best and selecting flowers so I told the florist to work with my budget and make it beautiful. Wow. I was incredibly shocked when I saw the bouquet that was delivered! It was magnificent and blew my expectations away... Best part? The recipient of the bouquet felt the same way!

I had to get some funeral flowers delivered in the states and Chez Bloom florist was absolutely wonderful even though it was nearly Valentines weekend and they were busy. Really helpful and i found the customer service fantastic, Laura, the lady who helped me even sent me a picture on email so i could see what was sent which i thought was a lovely touch. I would recommend this shop a thousand times over!!

3 hours from order to delivery, and I ordered late in the morning! Michael, who was quite helpful, assisted with my order. He augmented the Paris in Spring arrangement a little when it was learned that tulips were done for the season. Recipient was orgasmic! She said the bouqet was absolutely beautiful with a heavenly fragrance.
