I ordered flowers on a Monday online to be delivered out the following Saturday. My flowers were sent out Tuesday instead, the very next day and one of the words on my card was misspelled, "deserve" was "deservce". I emailed Flowerama, no response from them. Im highly disappointed and would definitely never recommend this place to anyone! I felt like these were careless mistakes that did not need to happen to all. I even looked over my receipt twice to see if it was me that made a mistake and it clearly stated on there that it was suppose to be delivered out on that Saturday and all the words that was suppose to be printed on the card was spelled correctly. Flowers are not cheap, Id take my business elsewhere.

We got married at Black Bear Crossings and had Flowerama do our flowers for the wedding. They know the venue inside and out, and delivery was free. We were so happy with our wedding flowers. Danae was so helpful at the initial consult and knew exactly which flowers to pick with our vision in mind. There was a slight mishap with some of the flowers, but she was able to replace them with a nicer flower before the wedding, so there was no problem at all. We appreciated their knowledge of our venue and their pricing was very affordable.

Flowers are beautiful and great quality. Great customer service. Reasonable pricing compared to other stores. This store is medium priced compared to other stores. If you want higher-end flowers like at Hermes or Lexington Floral its going to cost more; or if you get flowers at Walmart, the farmers market, or Cub foods, sure, itll be cheaper but they wont last as long AT ALL. Flowerama is the medium price where you get the best price for the best quality. Have gotten flowers that have lasted 2 whole weeks!

If you use this store, do not use their delivery. They do not let you pick a delivery time, and they just guarantee that they will be delivered by 5pm. That means they will be delivered AT 5pm when your recipient is leaving work. In my case, my wife was left sitting at her desk all day with no flowers on Valentines Day, while many of her coworkers had theirs (from other flower companies, of course) delivered early. Thanks for ruining her day, Flowerama. You will never see me there again.

"Night to Shine" is an unforgettable prom night experience for Special Needs kids and part of the Tim Tebow Foundation. They host a Prom Night with everything including a Red Carpet entry. Flowerama was kind enough to donate corsages and boutineers to the 202 attendees at the party and gave them the royal treatment. Thank you so very much for your part in an experience these kids will not ever forget.

Very fresh flowers - they last for over a week after you get them home. The only reason Id give them 4 stars rather than 5 is they are a rather small shop so dont necessarily have the widest selection. That said, Ive always been able to find what Ive gone there looking for, whether its a dozen roses or a nice flower arrangement. Staff is friendly and helpful!

I have been patronizing this flower shop for years. Im always more than 100% satisfied with their customer service and their gorgeous arrangements. In the last 2 months, they have done 2 beautiful arrangements for me and Im heading there now for a 3rd one. Also, they give a 20% discount to AARP members, so even more of a reason to continue to patronize them.

Flowerama has skyrocketed their prices since the last time Ive been there which is about a year ago I can go to another local flower shop and pay about 50 to 75% less of what they want for a bouquet or even a single flower. Do not recommend unless you love wasting money.

Kelly and Danae are very helpful and welcoming. I needed specific types flowers/foliage for a floral design class. They listened and made suggestions to help me out. Kelly also remembered me from a previous visit which is nice!
