I have to echo some of the negative reviews that I read today. The delivery seems to be a real issue. I ordered flowers for a birthday and asked in the delivery instructions that they be delivered as early as possible, so they could be enjoyed all day. I called at 3pm to see why they hadnt arrived yet and was told that they would be delivered around 4:00. The recipient only works until 4, so she may not even get them. I asked the employee that answered the phone if "as early in the day as possible" meant 4pm to her, and without any apology or anything, she said yes and that they dont do the deliveries it is a third party. She seemed to imply that it wasnt her fault, so it was just too bad. I was looking to find a florist that I could use regularly in the Minneapolis area, but unfortunately my search will need to continue. To be clear, I can not even comment on the quality of the flowers because they still have not arrived and I am afraid that they will probably be received the day after her birthday now. Very disappointed. Updated---The flowers that I had ordered for my girlfriends birthday were delivered sometime after she left for the day. This means that they probably showed up around 4:30-4:45. She received them the next day when she got to work, however they were wrapped in plastic and when she opened them everything was wet and soggy. They did look like they would have been nice flowers if they had arrived fresh and been uncovered immediately. The flowers lasted about a day and a half after being uncovered before they wilted and started dying off. It made for a negative experience to receive soggy flowers the day after her birthday and having them last for a little more than a day. The other negative reviews that I have read look to have been responded to and in some cases it appears that they either refunded money or tried to make up for the issues. I plan to call and see what they are willing to do. I will update again after talking with them directly.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and DELIVERY SERVICE. I ordered flowers for an anniversary, the anniversary was 2-3 days away when I ordered the flowers in the morning. I asked that they be delivered in the FIRST HALF of the day, which seems reasonable right? I mean, I would like the flower recipient to at least to get to enjoy the flowers. The day before the anniversary I got an email from them saying they would not be delivered until 3:30 the day I requested. MY GF LEAVES FROM work at that time, which would mean it would be POINTLESS to have the flowers delivered on this day for our anniversary. I spent a long time on the phone trying to work out solutions, all of which just boiled down to the flowers not being delivered until 3:30 PM. Not only did Miss Bertha waste my time on the phone and wait to email me back, I now have to scramble to try and get other flowers arranged for the anniversary.

Placed an order literally a week in advance, to be delivered on 1/27. It is my friends birthday that day so I want the flowers to arrive on time. I placed this order one week ago. Today(1/27) I called and they told me itll be delivered 1/28...no explanation on why its 1 day late. The lady on the phone at first couldnt even locate my order, then tells me it should be 1/28..The receipt clearly says 1/27..now my flowers will be late. I even ordered this in advance but i guess i should have ordered for same day delivery? Anyways I didnt get an offer for a discount or anything. I think I should at least be somewhat compensated for this mistake thats clearly made by the company?

I bought a dozen white roses for my wedding for about $80. At first, I was nervous (thats a lot of money to spend on flowers, especially when most were going to get turned into pins for my ladies to wear). But they arrived and they were better than I expected. Flowers in full bloom, definitely not skimpy or small! They delivered it to my apartment, and they called to let me know when they had arrived. The vase was beautiful and the babys breath garish added fullness to the set. It ended up that we didnt need to use all dozen for pins, so the rest became a lovely arrangement for our guest table. Im glad I went with Miss Bertha!

Flowers By Miss Bertha consistently provides high quality customer service and world class floral arrangements. The staff genuinely works hard to exceed my expectations every time! They always have a large selection of fresh flowers. From long stem roses to exotic tropical flowers to nice indoor plants (they have a nice selection of orchid plants). I always tell Miss Bertha how much I want to spend and she puts together a custom arrangement. I am always amazed at how beautiful and large the arrangement turns out. Thank you for the incredible service over the years!!!! I always refer your shop to my clients and friends.

I ordered online and then realized that the soonest that the online order could be delivered was the next day. I called and spoke with who I assume is "Miss Bertha" and told her I was hoping to get them delivered the same day. It was 11:30 and she said that they usually cant do same day delivery after 11 (the truck is out delivering after that, I assume). Fortunately, she was able to make it happen and my wife received what she said was one of the best professional arrangements shed seen. Keep it small. Keep it local. Ill definitely be back!

I was very impressed with the customer service at Flowers by Miss Bertha. There was a color scheme error on my original bouquet order I had placed for my daughter. Within days of the delivery they had called to ask about my satisfaction with my order, which at that time I had mentioned the color mix-up. The staff was very apologetic and helpful and corrected my order by sending out another bouquet. Both bouquets we received were promptly delivered and beautiful! I definitely recommend Flowers by Miss Bertha for any occasion.

I ordered the flowers a day ahead of time, so they could be delivered promptly. They were delivered about 2 PM to her office. Part of sending flowers to your wifes office is so that all the other ladies notices them. The order included flowers and a balloon, only the flowers were delivered. I was refunded for the missed item, after I call again. It was over a hundred dollar order, I had to call twice and they were delivered incomplete in the afternoon. Kind of takes the special out of special occasion.

What an awesome experience when we visited Flowers by Miss Bertha. The staff is extremely hard working and it shows. They were very friendly and the flowers were all beautiful and of great quality. Not to mention very reasonably priced for the high quality. They were willing to change the arrangement to what we wanted as well! Thank you, we will definitely refer your business to friends and family.
