This was outstanding service! I called first to ask a few questions about their stock and prices (I was looking for orange roses, and was originally planning on buying a single rose). A seemingly knowledgeable woman answered by questions, and said she would hold the rose at the counter for me. When I arrived, the owner/manager was waiting inside the front to greet and assist. I saw a special posted ($14.99 for a dozen roses!) and asked if that could be applied to a dozen orange roses. It turns out that it could, and luckily they had a bouquet already made up. I was in and out in under five minutes with great looking bouquet for my girlfriend. To sum up: attractive flower options, great service, and good prices, all while supporting a small business. I will certainly be back.

I always buy my flowers from Flowerama in Apple Valley. I like to support local businesses and have always had a great experience. Recently I ordered some flowers to be delivered. There was a miscommunication and they werent delivered when I expected. I called to check on why and they instantly apologized and took care of me as a customer. Mistakes happen to all of us - Ive had flowers delivered from them many times and this was the only time I had an issue. They handled it with class and were fantastic. They have a customer for life with me.

Like many in the metro area when i had a need for flowers I thought of Bachmans. But when I went to the Apple Valley Bachmans I was treated very badly by more than one rude staff person. I left feeling very upset. I knew Flowerama was just down the road, but I didnt know anything about the store. I walked in and was immediately greeted by two friendly staff. They not only helped me with my situation, they offered suggestions and gave me back the dignity I had lost at Bachmans. Flowerama just gained a new and loyal customer!

I want to say thank you so much to Sara or Lisa (I forgot her name ) I called flowerama on Tuesday morning Jan 31 2017 and wanted 16 roses delivered to my daughter for her 16th birthday to her school . You guys are the best and making my daughter day and my day. The roses are very beautiful and a very nice vase. I know who to call again . We had anther florist booked for a funeral and they never delivered the flowers. We needed 2 wreaths in less than 45 minutes. Sarah and Angela were amazing and immediately were able to help us. We got 2 custom wreaths in 45 minutes before the funeral began, they have no idea how much their service meant to us. The wreaths were so beautiful.

Dean and his staff were amazing! I went there with a client for an info meeting/job shadow and it was such an amazing experience. Good variety. Good prices. The ladies working there are always nice, and prompt. They offer same day order/pick up which has saved me more than once. The flowers i get from here always seem to last at least a week and a half to two weeks.

Love this place. Its my go to for flowers. My wife loves them! And they are a member of the Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce. So they have great flowers and theyre connected to the community. What more could you ask for?

Huge selection? Not really, but you can usually get a good deal on a bouquet. Roses are often 9.99 a dozen. I can always stop in their on a busy day (like Valentines), and still find some decent arrangements.
