Chenoweth Floral did my wedding flowers, and I absolutely loved them! Adam was so nice and so easy to work with. I told him my color scheme and he took it from there. You can really trust him to do a good job. He did an amazing job with the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and centerpieces! On the day of the wedding, we even noticed that Adam included an additional complimentary flower bouquet for the sweetheart table my husband and I sat at. It was a lovely surprise and made our table look great! The price of everything was so much less than other floral shops that do wedding flowers - I got a lot more flowers for the amount of money I spent compared to a place like Bachmanns or other flower shops, especially considering they were wedding flowers.

This florist accepted a delivery order from my niece in Boston and promised to deliver them as she required by December 23rd to me in Minnetonka. On the 23rd they called her and said the delivery was delayed by weather until the 24th although the weather was fine here. I was having a Christmas eve dinner. They never arrived until midday on Christmas Day when I was at my sons so they were useless for any of the festivities. The two roses were wilted in the centerpiece. I spoke to my niece and she is trying to get her money back. I would never order from this florist nor will she. Why they accepted delivery from old hiway 8 north of St. Paul to Minnetonka, the western suburb of Minneapolis I dont know.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at all with this floral delivery. I ordered through Teleflora, which I have done several times, with fine results. This time, the order was placed, and not delivered until the next day, with two completely different explanations as to why...The delivery was to a patient in a hospital, and I had to call the hospital myself to ensure delivery by the time they were discharged, as the florist was a day late and would not call the hospital themselves to sort this out. They didnt even give me the number to call- after being put on hold for quite awhile, I finally had to hang up and find it myself... I will definitely not be going through Chenoweth again.

Ordered flowers from FTD and they were delivered from this shop to Apple Valley. The flowers were very underwhelming, looked less lush than the cheapest option available on FTD. Purchased the best option. The bouquet looked very thin and scraggly and they lasted for a couple days. Unfortunately FTD does not stand behind their 7 day guarantee and I am sure this florist doesnt either. It appears they made up for the long drive from New Brighton to AV by skimping on amount and quality of flowers. Order your flowers from someone else if you dont want to be embarrassed.

Recently I traveled from Milwaukee, WI to New Brighton, MN for a funeral. I dont really know anyone there except the family involved, so when it came to ordering flowers I took a chance on Chenoweths, and I couldnt have been more pleased. Usually, flowers ordered long distance are a disappointment, but not with these people. They not only provided the exact flowers I asked for, but they looked better than online. That never happens, except with Chenoweths. They rock! I wish I lived in MN so I could use them again! Try them. You wont be disappointed!

Best place to buy flowers! They are very accommodating, There customer service is outstanding I absolutely love this place and will refer anyone and everyone to chenoweth floral! I had the most wonderful experience every time I went into the shop it made choosing and picking out flowers for my wedding so easy! And they quoted my half the price others wanted to! I went to Chenoweth to get the perfect arrangement for a friends 60th birthday. I explained the personality of the recipient and asked Vicki to capture it in flowers. What came out was far beyond my wildest expectations and brought tears of joy to the birthday girl. She is still talking about them a month later. The price was very reasonable and the joy I brought her will be remembered with a smile for a long time.

Horrible experience..... ordered flowers for my Aunts funeral. I live out of town , was assured that they would do a nice job. Found out that some of flowers were brown on the edges...ribbon that was to say Sister in law ..and Aunt was written with horrible penmanship ...and wrinkled ribbon : ( called to just give comment . I have NOT heard from the Flower shop....so my recommendation ...DO NOT USE !!!!

We were very excited to find a Catholic florist. However, when we showed them our budget and ideas for wedding flowers, we were basically told that no one could ever make what we wanted for the price we wanted. We felt very disappointed that they refused to even work with us to come up with something. We ended up going to a different florist who WAS able to give us what we wanted for the price we wanted.

This is a split review. They messed up my initial order big time (thats bad). After I complained, they were willing to redo the order (good!). I offered to pay the difference to upgrade the order, but they said they would do the upgrade for free (good!). Except the final result didnt look like much of an "upgrade" compared to what was already sent (bad). So I am left feeling not sure what to think.

Had a bouquet delivered to my girlfriend’s workplace for her birthday. They looked great and there was a nice mix of flowers in bloom and they looked even better a few days later when they all opened up! She loved them. The lady at the store was very nice when I ordered. Fair prices, free delivery, friendly service, great quality. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be back!

Ordered an arrangement off of 1800 Flowers that was filled and delivered by this place. I received a half wilted, thinned out, embarrassing attempt that I couldnt even give to the person they were for, they were so shabby. They clearly have no standards and dont care what they send out. They should be ashamed. The flowers had so little filler, they literally were rolling around in the vase

I had a dozen roses sent to me from a dear friend and the roses wilted the next day. I didnt want to be that girl, but decided to call Chenoweth to see what they could do for me. The man who answered the phone gave me no grief and replaced my roses. Love, love, love that he did that for me no questions asked. Great customer service!!! Thank you!

Pros: no charges on delievery, although may be making up for it in other charges. Cons: flowers delivered did not look pretty like the picture and not as not as full as what I ordered online, and I even selected the deluxe order and pid more foe that! Disappointed! Will not go back!
