The delivery man who parked directly in front of a jewelry store, when asked if everything was alright, got very rude and disrespectful with the police officer. He told the officer that he needed to stop staring at him that he wasnt there to rob the place. When the officer told him that he was just checking on him, the man told him to back off and leave him alone. The delivery was for the officer and the man then joked that he shouldnt have cussed out the cop who the delivery was for. When the officer called to talk to the manager about the delivery mans attitude, she just laughed at him. I will never use or recommend Marvins to anyone!!!!

The flowers themselves were great....Mom loved them. The fact that they charge more for the arrangement & delivery than other FTD florists is hidden in fine print. What I paid at 2 other florists for the exact same arrangement & delivery was $20 more with these folks. When I called to inquire, there was an attitude of "You arent a local customer so I dont care if you are happy or not." I will not allow my local florist to use them again for my long distance flower needs.

I had a very enjoyable experience today at Marvins Floral. After finding them on the web, I stopped by to purchase a small gift for our daughters 30th birthday. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Watkins, greeted me and spent some time just talking about family and flowers. They shared the history of the business and help me pick out something that was perfect for our daughter. Based on my experience today, I will definitely go back.

Terrible customer service. My daughter and I went there to get flowers for my wife. It took me 5 minutes to get help and I was the only customer. Then the saleswomen got angry and snapped at me when she showed me an arrangement that I didnt even want. I told her nevermind and started to leave. I could hear the saleswoman saying something under her breath as I walked out.

Five stars...Have used this florist often. The designs are spectacular. The flowers are always fresh and last a very long time. They have been very helpful in making suggestions when I am at a loss as to what to send for the occasion. Recently had a custom silk made that was awesome. Would recommend them to anyone for any occasion.

My wife and I were running around, on a Sunday mind you,trying to find a live plant for some friends of ours father who passed away. They just happen to be there and opened just so we could get something for the services on Monday awesome service thank you.
