I have too many good things to say about House of Flowers. Firstly, my mother retired today and had a large retirement party. I live in Portland, Oregon and completely forgot about the time difference so I was late ordering flowers. I called House of Flowers and they told me the AMAZING price of the bouquet AND that they could have the flowers delivered within an hour. (At this point I was overjoyed!) Both the woman and man that I spoke to over the phone were extremely friendly and really cared about their business. You know how you can tell if someone is smiling over the phone? Well, I could tell they were speaking to me genuinely and they assured me that my flowers would be lovely.This made ordering over the phone incredibly pain-free. With all of that said, my mother called me after her party and said the flowers were so beautiful that she couldnt even read the card out loud she was so touched. Thank you House of Flowers for making this experience so easy and worth it! I highly recommend this company. Not only are the prices great, but the quality is beyond what I had expected.

It was my partners mothers 75th birthday. A surprise party - so we didnt know what shed be wearing, what she might like, only that we wanted her to have a corsage for her special day. The HOF designers came up with a beautiful wrist corsage of small white roses and hints of pink minoleum - delicate and beautiful. When we gave it to her, her eyes went wide and she said, "OH....not since my high school prom...." A home-run hit! So if youre as clueless and help-impaired as I was, trust your needs to Donaven and House of Flowers.

I live out of the area and tried to call and place an order after visiting their website. I was on my way to work in the car, and told the guy what I wanted. He had no clue what I was talking about and asked if I remembered what flowers were in the arrangement. Of course I did not and he suggested making something similar, but still had no clue what I was talking about. What is the point of having products available on a website if you have no idea what is even online. I just went ahead and called elsewhere in the area.

My wedding day was the most magical experience of my entire life. I married the man I love, the weather was beautiful, and my flowers were absolutely BREATHTAKING! My wedding designer Dee went above and beyond in making sure every detail was immaculate and brought my vision to life. She made my dream wedding a reality and I will always remember the House of flowers for that. I thank the whole house of flowers crew for making my Big day the most memorable one. Stargazer lily are my favorite flower I have been in hospital for almost two weeks and its been through Christmas. When I received the flowers they were already in full bloom n dead by next day. I plan on calling to see if they plan on replacing the arrangement with fresh lilies. At last, I know firsthand they can last weeks not happy with the look of the arrangement no form at all. Was surprised to get them just unhappy knowing how much they cost.

EXCELLENT. I called from southern California to send my dad flowers in hospital , they were so kind as to send me a picture of my purchase !!@ so I can see what it looked like..... should I ever need some flowers again I will call Kelly at the shop , will deliver , and I trust them. ,both nurses at the hospital said they were extremely large beautiful bouquets . money well spent

Flowers were delivered to me on July 15, 2014. They were absolutely lovely. House of Flowers tried to deliver them to me the day before, but I wasnt home. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I called at 3:00 PM and they had flowers delivered to the hospital within an hour and NO DELIVERY FEE. Most places charge you up to 10.00 for a delivery fee, and they were so nice and professional. Keep up the good work !
