We ordered flowers for our wedding, and they were friendly and had some neat ideas. So we paid for our flowers and arranged to pick them up the evening before our ceremony. I showed up at the arranged day & time frame, and they couldnt find any order info for us (and of course no flowers). When they finally found our order sheet they said they hadnt done it because "a big event" came up. So there I was to pick up the flowers for my wedding that was the next morning, wondering what would have happened if I had set my pickup for the day of the service. They threw together some poor quality items that werent really what we had discussed, that we had to stop and pick up on the way to our wedding. At that point we just had to accept whatever they had for us, but I will never do business with them again, especially if its important.

HORRIBLE!! I ordered a boutonnière for my prom and when I went in to order it I showed them the color that I wanted the accents to be and they said okay but didnt ask for a sample or anything or show me that they had those colors. They didnt show me the arrangement or anything but went ahead and had me pay. Then when I came to pick it up 2 days later, it was the WRONG COLOR!!!!! Now Im stuck with this stupid boutonnière that doesnt even match and I have no time what so ever to get another one.

the customer service is extremely poor the lack of communication caused my flowers to turn black on the morning of my wedding and then they turned around and basically called me a liar that they didnt give us the instructions that they actually did give us. I would not recommend anyone here they are not worried about your needs as long as they get the sale.not toentire I was hung up on twice by the owner

My husband sent me a plant for our anniversary. While Im sure it will be beautiful, it hasnt bloomed yet. He called this order in and told them what to put for him. There are misspelled words as well in the card. My advice: Make sure the flowers you are sending are bloomed, and spell out each word you wish to have written in your card.
