The customer service here has been incredible every time Ive been here! The girls who were working always genuinely tried to give me the best product for my needs, even if that meant redirecting me to a different store. Being on a college campus, they also have many customizable options that are reasonably affordable. When I ordered flowers, they listened to the exact story of what I needed flowers for, and tried to make the best arrangement possible for that person (which turned out great!). Theyve also given me gift wrapping advice and tips even when I didnt end up purchasing anything from Bloom. Overall, Ive never had a bad experience here!

Has always been a great experience shopping for flowers here. The quality of service and product is normally top notch. However, when I went in today to buy valentines flowers I was apparently undercharged. i received a call later saying that they neglected to charge for labor and I owed around 10$. If it had been included at time of purchase thats no problem as its a fair price. But calling a customer later to demand additional payment on account of their mistake is just unprofessional. The business ought to have eaten the cost as their mistake. Very disappointing as I enjoyed supporting this local small business.
