Called Hermes Floral because they had a sign that said they had flower classes. Man that answered the phone had terrible phone manners and seemed really put out that I called to ask about the classes. I asked about learning to do flowers for my wedding and he said, "no we dont do that here". He didnt even ask if I would be interested in talking to them about doing my wedding flowers. He was really snobby and rude. Went to Flowerama just down Larpenteur and they were very friendly and helpful!!. They will be doing my bouquets and then I am buying some flowers from them to do my centerpiece flowers so I can save some money!!!

I have used Hermes Floral about a dozen times over the last few years while living in Lauderdale. Each time has been a great experience. I usually have the attendant help me put together a bouquet, and they are always a big hit with the recipient. Ive used their delivery service with no problems to deliver to Luther Seminary and downtown Minneapolis on Nicollet. Thanks for the great service and great flowers!

I ordered flowers from Hermes Floral for my grandmothers funeral, which we were unable to attend because we live abroad. After the funeral was over, we were informed that they were unable to deliver them in time due to distance. I believe that this is extremely unprofessional and that there is no excuse for such behavior. If your flower order is important to you, please use another shop.

They were friendly but the prices are unreasonable. The employee did not cut the stems, include enough leafy greens, or wrapped them nicely. I purchased a much nicer arrangement, which was beautifully presented, for the same price at Your Enchanted Florist on Dale St. in St. Paul. Again, not bad but definitely not worth the money.

We were on a budget for flowers for our wedding and the gals that Hermes were astounding. They were patient with my wife and I, and allowed lots of room for questions. We were also rather particular about what we wanted. They delivered in full. The bouquets were better than we had dreamed. We were incredibly happy.

Beautiful arrangements and excellent service! Hermes did all the flowers for my daughters wedding at a VERY reasonable price. The flowers and greens were fresh and delivered to the wedding site on time and carefully packaged. I would definitely recommend this shop for weddings!
