I want to love this place as I live in the area, however as a small, family owned business they could be friendlier. There is one employee there in particular Ive had trouble with, hes a younger man, I think a son of the family who was rude when I inquired on their return policy for a dead plant I purchased. In addition I went up there recently at the end of the day on a Saturday and he was closing up as I arrived about 6 minutes before they were scheduled to close. I just left.

I walked in to purchase a bouquet of flowers for my wife and after being initially greeted and attended to they ended up taking 20 minutes to put the flowers into an arrangement. No acknowledgment that the service was slow and they just ignored me the whole time I was in their store (with nowhere to sit down for the wait). Very impersonal and unprofessional. Upside was that my wife did like the flowers, but in the future I will get them elsewhere.

Great service! Called in right before closing, the woman who helped me was pleasant and professional. I was able to order flowers for a funeral that was scheduled for the following day. They were able to provide an arrangement and delivery for the next morning.
