I ordered flowers for my sick fiance and made multiple notes saying to leave them at the door and not to knock or ring the doorbell. If they needed to notify someone that the flowers were actually delivered, incase I tried to claim non delivery, to call me and I gave them my number. Not only did they ignore this but they rang the doorbell 6 times and knocked countless more. This not only woke her up but made her scared to answer the door. Also after I ordered the flowers I noticed the price was immediately reduced by $5. I asked why this was and if I could get the adjusted price, they responded with "we have no record of your order" which is funny given my card was charged AND I got flowers hahaha. The flowers were less then average and for the high price I could have gotten a much better product. If i were you Id go somewhere else. I get flowers at least once a month for her and Dakota Floral made the bottom 2. Congrats! I just called Dakota floral and ask to speak with the manager "D". I started off by saying I was new to the area and that I wanted to give my feedback. After explaining the issue and telling her that it was unacceptable how many times they ring the doorbell and knocked especially after requesting them to be left at the door I was berated with excuses. I again asked why this was done in such an unprofessional manner but the excuses kept coming. After a five minutes I finally got an apology but only after requesting one, saying Im not trying to get my money back Im only looking for an apology. Unfortunately after the less thenmeaningful apology I was once again given a laundry list of excuses. I am still shocked that a manager of her stature would be a manager at all. Here is the best part, when I questioned the manager, who was the one that dropped out the flowers, why she rang the doorbell and knocked so many times I was told that she only rang the doorbell maybe twice, I replied with, then why does my camera show that you ring the doorbell at least 7 * and knocked a half a dozen more. After an abrupt silence I finally heard a second apology, but once again it was immediately followed by excuses. Beware of this flower shop and please take your business elsewhere.

Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I ordered my wife a bouquet to be delivered on our 2nd anniversary. When they delivered the flowers, the lady told my wife that hers was the last delivery and that the flowers had tipped over in her car and there was "Nothing she could do" as she handed my wife a soaking wet card and bouquet of flowers that were half destroyed with no water left in the vase. Now I know accidents happen, but what was most surprising to me is that Dakota Floral is literally located less than two miles from where my wife works. Instead of taking the damaged bouquet back to the store, they just delivered them as-is. So essentially I paid close to $70 for a nice vase with totally damaged flowers and a soaking wet card. I called Dakota Floral the next morning when they opened and got the same, "There was nothing I could do" response. She then offered to refund me a $15 delivery charge (what a joke) and when I checked my bank balance a few days later I found they only refunded me $11 and some change. Thanks for ruining my wifes anniversary gift... DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

VERY DISAPPOINTING. I ordered a PREMIUM (ie the biggest and best) bouquet from Teleflora for a coworker upon the very public, tragic shooting of her relative. Dakota Floral sent a much simpler, smaller, and CHEAPER version (like I could have bought at the local grocery store for under $15) instead. Making it worse, most of the flowers were already well on their way to being "spent." Telefora had also contacted Dakota Floral asking them to connect with me to confirm delivery; no surprise, ZERO follow through. Had I known Teleflora was going to fulfill through Dakota Floral, I would have gone to Bachmans instead for a local florist. Dont waste your time or money with Dakota Floral. They dont deserve your business.

I looked at the website but I should have read the reviews on this floral shop before I placed an order. The arrangement that I sent was not what I expected at all. No fillers, no greens, no ribbon/bow. I understand mistakes happen so I decided to call the shop. Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right with me "Debbie" was very quick to place blame by telling me I should not have trusted my local florist and should have ordered through her directly. She did offer to go pick up the bouquet and deliver another one which seemed incredibly distasteful to the person who received the flowers. I send flowers very frequently and have never experienced such disappointment.

My fiance just got a Teleforas Pair of Hearts Bouquet that I ordered this week for Valentines Day. The picture online sure looked beautiful but when the actual flowers showed up it was the worst bouquet I have seen, nothing like the picture, only 3 roses and all this greenery for fluff, I was embarrassed. I called Dakota Floral and she said they could make a new one but it would probably look the same. I could have made a better looking arrangement myself. I expected much better for spending what I spent and I will not recommend this place or go back to this place again. Lesson learned, go to Bachmanns.

Living in Colorado, I have ordered flowers online on several occasions through Dakota Floral for family in Minnesota. Every arrangement I have ordered has been beautiful and enjoyed by the recipient. The pictures on the website are very accurate - the arrangements typically look exactly like the pictures, unlike big flower delivery corporations, which I have always been disappointed by. I would highly recommend this flower shop!

Ordered flowers for my wife. The flowers that arrived looked very sparse, small, and uneven compared to the pictures. When I went in to the shop to addresses the concern, they were rude, unhelpful, and didnt seem to care at all about the quality of their product. She did spruce up the bouquet for me but made it very clear that I was wrong and that she did not want to deal with me. Try Flowerama instead.

I wanted to change some of the flowers in one arrangement to match another arrangement, so I called to make sure the flowers for my mother-in-laws funeral would be correct. The person I spoke with was helpful and assured me that they could make the changes. At the memorial service, I was so pleased. The arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. Shop local. It makes such a difference.

Both my mom and grandma have been loving the flowers I order for them using Dakota Floral for years. They always call saying how much they love the bouquets. Im sending my brother in Apple Valley a live plant for his birthday today, as the snow has all his covered! Dakota Floral helps me spread a little California sunshine to my family in Minnesota.

Excellent business! I highly recommend without reservation. I had one week to get my bridal bouquet & had checked other places that just wanted to drag everything out- I didnt have time- went to Dakota & they listened to my needs, matched them perfectly & got it done beautifully on time!
