Whenever I want to send a floral arrangement that will wow its recipient, I call Roger Beck. Ive been a patron of the shop for almost 10 years. The service is excellent and rock solid in terms of reliability for delivery orders placed by phone. Moreover, the artistic vision and creation of the shop is truly spectacular. I was thirlled to learn a while back that Beck can handle out-of-town deliveries, too. (Im not sure how he does it, but somehow his artistic direction translates to small shops in other towns. He must call and coach the foreign distant florists because my distant recipients are wowed, too!) Lastly, the shop itself is a treat and conveniently located outside of the downtown loop. Free parking in the back of the store. Floral and botanical excellence. Go!

I had a bad experience on Valentines Day. I had come in a week before and ordered a boque with a few specific flowers that they had in stock and told them that they could expand on the boque from there. What they gave me was a boque without any of the flowers that I asked for. When I asked why, they told me it was because they ran out. Thats fine, but call me at the phone number I gave you so I can make other arrangements. Instead I ended up empty handed.
