If youre looking to send flowers in Minneapolis, look no further. This is not only the best flower shop that Ive found in the city, its the best one that Ive found anywhere. Period. You dont run across old world service and commitment to customer satisfaction like this anymore. Jim, whom I assume is one of the owners, is a true gentleman and man of his word in addition to possessing the ability to create "the most beautiful arrangement of flowers that Ive ever received", her words, not mine. Searching for somebody to deliver flowers to one of the most important women in your life from halfway across the country, and on a Sunday to boot, is a daunting task! When I called to place my order the phone was answered by Jim, whose gruff voice belies the true jovial and generous nature of this man with whom I shared a truly awesome conversation. I told him that I was looking to send birthday flowers to a very special woman and Jim said he "would take care of it" and that "she was going to very happy" with the arrangement he would put together for her. I was in no way expecting how graciously Jim delivered on that promise. The bouquet was made up of some of the freshest and most beautiful flowers Ive seen and the sheer amount of roses that it contained absolutely floored me. The value I feel I received from The Flower Shoppe far exceeded what I paid and went well above and beyond what I expected. Thank you!

This is the florist you want! It was a gamble to find a florist I could trust as I placed an order from over a thousand miles away. After comparing area florists, it was The Flower Shoppes website that helped me to decide. Then, on a Sunday afternoon, I called The Flower Shoppe and a nice gentleman (Jim Bach) answered the phone, took my order and assured me that he would take good care of making a spring arrangement and delivering it the next day to Eagan. The next day, my daughter was delighted by an absolutely beautiful, fragrant spring arrangement delivered as promised. The front desk staff raved about the delightful arrangement as well. Mr. Bach has 50 years of experience in the floral business and it shows! Thank you The Flower Shoppe and thank you Mr. Bach. You are trustworthy, kind, artistic, thoughtful and experienced. I highly recommend The Flower Shoppe of Blaine, MN and hope to use them again in the future.

Horrible...I didnt even get a chance to buy anything! I wanted to surprise a collegue with an arrangement of fresh plants and I was calling from Seattle, WA. I asked to speak to the owner to ensure I was making a good choice in my purchase and that it was a shop that was familiar with the company I needed the arrangement delivered too. I said, "good afternoon, may I speak to the owner please" The man on the other line said, "what do you want?"...not may I help you, or I AM THE OWNER, may I help you...nothing.."WHAT DO YOU WANT!" I proceeded to say, are you the owner, sir? and again, WHAT DO YOU WANT!" I let him know that I was a customer calling from Seattle and again "WHAT DO YOU WANT" came out of his mouth! He was so rude, I would never treat someone over the phone in that manner and I will not be using him.

I had an amazing experience here and will absolutely shop again. I was completely screwed over by FTD on a delivery that was delayed 2 days in a row with little apology and no sympathy for their empty promises. I finally said forget it and frantically called around for a place open late the day before 4th of July. The owner said shed wait as I quickly drove over. She was an absolute God send and no only helped me pick out a beautiful arrangement but gave me a great deal and a couple of roses for myself. I couldnt have imagined a better experience after what was an incredibly frustrating situation with FTD. Never again; Im heading to the Flower Shoppe!

I did not know exactly what I wanted for a Mothers Day arrangement, but told the owner my ideas and she said shed put something together. I was hesitant not sure if I would like what she arranged for me... I arrived at the store and she brought out this stunning arrangement. I was so impressed with the owners knowledge about flowers and her passion for flowers and making people happy. She was very sweet and even gave me a small bouquet of 5 roses when I told her I had just come off of a night shift at the hospital. I would definitely recommend. And will go back to her next time I need a 5-star arrangement.

Their website warns that the shoppe will be blunt to customers, but I never thought I would experience to such a degree of rude service. The person I spoke with made me feel as if I didnt have all my ducks in row even though Ive been planning and researching my materials for about a year. She spoke to me as if I was an unintelligent human being that knew nothing of flowers. I am thankful that she confirmed to me through her poor customer interaction that I will NOT being utilizing The Flower Shoppe for their services.

This is THE ONLY PLACE IN THE TWIN CITIES METRO AREA I TRUST to help me with flowers for any occasion. Marylou and Leslie did two funerals for my family in one week. They made a sad situation bearable with the most beautiful flowers. They are professional, Creative, kind, and patient.
