Delivered on the wrong date. Dropped off at neighbor business. My family ordered me an arrangement of flowers for my birthday which is July 17th to be delivered to my work office. I received a voicemail on July 16th that clearly stated it was Riverside Florist and they were trying to drop off a delivering for July 17th. I have no idea if they were confused on what day it was or what happened. They dropped the flowers off at the suite next door, which we are not affiliated with and they always close early so I was lucky enough to convince the nice janitor to grab them out of their office. I do see this is their delivery policy after looking online. I do want to know that the flowers were beautiful! They had a great fragrance and were perfectly bloomed. The balloon was full of air and really complimented the arrangement. Overall I would recommend Riverside...I would just double check on the delivery date.

Sorry, but this has to be one of the worst florists on the planet. Received a Mothers Day arrangement that consisted of old, brown, rotten flowers. The greenery leaves were broken, also rotted, and dried out. I called the owner and she told me she was very busy and did not believe me. I told her I would send her pictures, but she continued to argue. I tried to give her my name and phone number to call me after the holiday, but her English seemed limited and was not understanding me. She should have given an employee the phone, but continued to argue. After a complaint was registered to the site the flowers were ordered from I received a new arraingement Tuesday. Terrible customer service and product.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IF PLACED FOR DELIVERY. I own a flower shop in Oklahoma. This shop received an order from my shop for delivery. This flower shop never delivered the order or let us know they did not deliver this order. I dealt with a lady named Hirut. She was awful, refused to take responsibility for not delivering the order even after she confessed to not delivering the order. My customers who ordered the plant over 3 weeks ago are upset, which in turn makes me super upset. Hirut is very unprofessional with no customer service skills or business ethics!!!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!!!!

My fiance was sent the wrong flowers and card. I informed Riverside Kello Floral that they sent a grieving familys flowers to us on accident and they apologized. I stated that I would like the correct flowers and card sent to him at work the next day, which I do not feel is an unreasonable request. They replied that he had to give them the incorrect flowers in order to receive the correct flowers(which he had brought home with him at the end of the day yesterday). I certainly was not going to tell him to leave work and pick up the flowers. Tacky! Pathetic. I feel sorry for the grieving family that received our flowers.

I went in to buy some orchids and not knowing much about flowers bought a potted orchids for $50. The lady did nothing to them, the price tag she bought them for was still on the tag for $13. Went to another shop and the same thing was $20 and had a glass vase not a temporary plastic pot. Went to return on Saturday and their hours clearly state 12-4pm for hours on Saturday and they were closed. They completely took advantage of me and ripped me off to the fullest extent. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Riverside Kello Floral did Decoration and made Bridal Banquets and Boutonnières for our wedding in Andover, MN. It was Beautiful and superbly elegant. we loved all the flower arrangements and Decor that was done by Kello Floral. Hirut (the owner) was very courteous and anticipated our needs. Will recommend the Kello Floral to anyone and for any occasion. She has a great team of people working with her. Thank you for making our wedding very spectacular and Memorable. Obse and Naati

Hubby ordered flowers for an early Valentine surprise requesting delivery by noon, I received them at 3:30. Not only that, but they didnt even last 24 hours before they were all completely dead. All flowers in the arrangement were obviously very old and not fresh - there was not a single unopened bloom - all blooms were full-blown and on the down slide. Hubby called and requested a new arrangement and it took them 2 days to deliver it. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

Ordered flowers online at 9am for delivery by 4pm and never got confirmation. Called several times and left messages, finally got call back at 2pm and they said they were closed, even though online it didnt say so nor did the message on the machine when I called. Obviously I would have never ordered from there if I knew they were closed. Because of this I didnt get flowers delivered for my anniversary......

My daughter ordered flowers for her boss on a Thursday with same day delivery. She spent $102.97. They were delivered 30 hours late, dead and smelly. They were left in someones hot car over night. When I contacted Riverside Kello they denied everything. Bank cameras dont lie. I will not ever use them, nor will I ever suggest anyone I know use Riverside Kello again. Very poor service.

I got very beautiful flowers from this shop for my birthday. I received excellent service because they came back and delivered the flowers when they ralized I was not at home the first time they came. They called and left me a message and were very flexible about the delivery time. The flowers were very fresh and lasted long. I recommend this shop without hesitation.

Ive gotten several arrangements for holidays and gifts from Riverside Kello Floral in the last few months. The owner is lovely and a very talented florist. But the difference in how long her flowers last from other places is dramatic. Heres a small business that really earns support with excellent product and service!!

Awful. Arrangement is small and wilting. Looks very little like FTD pictures. The arrangement was left in an a cardboard box on the ground outside, so no formal delivery of the "surprise" gift. The "bow" that was supposed to be tied around the vase was a simple knot. Save your money!

I cantt express enough what a great place this is for all your floral arrangements! My own personal experience with getting corsages and boutonnieres for a huge group of people was seamless and above exceptional. Customer service is amazing and I recommend this place to everyone!
